Traders who keep a higher-timeframe bias can ignore noise on lower timeframes and catch the real moves. The speaker used this to skip Monday and Tuesday as "dumb days" and nail the week's main pump starting Wednesday.

Like whenever you are running into doubts on like should you take the lower time frame, you know, kind of signal or should you take the higher time frame kind of signal? Just remember, always try to align yourself with the higher time frame. That is how for example, I was able to call Monday and Tuesday being dumb days where by the true move of the week, which is going to be an A pump is going to happen starting Wednesday. Now, if you guys remember, this is exactly what I mentioned on Monday in the market update and the reason I was able to do that and to not get tricked out by this dump thinking that oh yeah, price is going to start going to. The downside is by keeping the higher time frame in mind.
