Gets a chance to work out some of the kinks. Good. Next one, if— as long as your neck supports it, slight ear bend. I've had several whiplashes, so my ear bends not so awesome. All right, next set, we're just gonna pick up and down our shoulders. Up and down. Breathe. In and down. In and down. In and down. Nice. Next thing I'm gonna have you do Is you're going to take your arms and you're just going to cross your body, center, cross, center, cross, center, cross— oh, center, cross, center, cross, center. Nice. Now you're going to bring your arms up and down. This is great for your shoulders. And if we were doing a traditional martial arts warm-up, I would be counting. In another language like Korean, 하나, 두, 세, 네. But I won't because I sound really weird when I do it. Awesome. Now slight your feet are nice and easily set, soft knees, and you're just gonna bend and bend each side. Bend and bend. Bend and bend. Bend and bend. Oh, feel. Feels so good. Bend and bend, bend and bend. Next, we're gonna have— I'm gonna have you bring out your arms and I'm just gonna have you stretch. You're going to bring your fingers back towards your wrist. If you're one of those freakish people who can get your fingers all the way to your arm, that's fantastic. And other side. Good. Nice stretch. Good. This is great if you've been typing a lot. This is a great stretch also for carpal tunnel. Carpal tunnel though, I would always recommend a two-finger stretch pulling it back. Nice. Now hands on your hips, rotate your hips. And again, if I was actually doing the martial arts, I would be counting. Ha na do se ne das yas gup idu aha yul. And switch other direction. These workouts, these little warm-ups are really to help you move energy through your body. Because whenever we feel anxious, whenever we feel worry, it gets stuck in ourselves and there's a lot of uncertainty out there in the world and so I understand. Now you're going to take your hip— hold on, let me organize this. So you're going to go side, side, side, side, side, side, side, side. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Nice. Now arms are nice and loose. I just want you to throw out a couple of punches. Now if you're facing a lot of drama, trauma, stress, difficulty in your house or in your life, um, taking back your power is one of the ways that you can start to feel better. It doesn't necessarily mean you're going to change what's going on in an environment, but you can change your day. That's why I love punches so much. Now we're going to turn these into little elbow strikes. I love me an elbow. Boom, boom, boom. Nice, nice and light. And I'm also— you can't see it because I'm on an iPhone today because the computer streams are so jacked up— I'm rotating my hips as I do this elbow strike. Next motion, you have a forward elbow. We're going to take a backward elbow. Back, back, back. Oh, I love this. I need this too. Thank you guys for commenting. I can see you on my screen. I just can't reach my phone because that would look really weird. Nice, nice, nice. I do love an elbow strike. All right, next elbow. Up, up, up, up, up. I got all my martial arts people. Checking out the stream. Hey, you guys. Bring it up, up, up, up, up, up. 3 more, 2 more, and 1. A lot of us are stuck at home at our desks, right? So these are moves you can do in your office. I am literally in my office right now. I'm sure my neighbors think I'm insane, but that's all right. I'm used to it. So hands are up. Nice bob and weave, and you're just shifting your weight side to side. One thing I love about martial arts and boxing and kickboxing is that we use both sides of our body, so we're not just focusing on one strong side or one side. All right, next thing I'm gonna have you do is just shake your booty, shake your tail feather, shake it, shake it, shake it, and if your arms want to get involved, I can't stop that. I can't stop that. Now you're going to take your knee inside and out. I know it's hard to see in the stream, but inside and out, inside and out, inside and out, inside and out. Good. I am doing Zoom interactive workouts Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at noon. You just need to message me that you want the link. Inside and out. Inside and out. Good. The last thing I'm gonna have you do is just work reach and drop. So you're gonna reach up, drop, reach and drop, reach and drop, reach and drop, reach and drop, reach and drop. One more, reach and drop. Good. All right, and if there's anything else on your body that it feels like you need Stretched or moved, I highly recommend that. If you would like to join me on the Zoom, uh, that's fine. I haven't been charging people, but man, losing all of this income during, uh, this kind of time, it sure would be nice to have donations in that way. But it's entirely optional, entirely optional. Um, if there's anything else that you need, just feel into your body, see what kind of stretch your body needs. Um, maybe a back stretch because we're sitting a lot. Maybe you just need to take some deep breaths. And I just really want to thank you guys for, uh, doing this and for such positive feedback, because I will keep doing it if there's positive feedback and if people are actually watching it or moving their bodies. That's all I really want. Enjoy your day. Happy Friday.
