just scrolling along, I ran right into— it says The Scary Guy, and I'm like, man, that does that ever ring a bell. And I opened up the comment, and there the man was. I saw that, and I felt compelled to, you know, reach out and share how I felt about that day. And I know it had to have been something special For me as a youth and, and, you know, middle school going through, you know, all of the body changes and puberty and whatnot, and, you know, you can't remember the second before, but, but remembering that event, uh, wasn't— I, I wouldn't say it, it hit me right away, um, but as I grew and some of those things in that grew in me, I realized what an important event that was for me. And the big, the big thing was, was, you know, Scary comes in and all of us take a deep breath and gasp and, and see the guy. And like I said, it was probably someone with the most— I call it mods, I guess, body mods— as much as, as I've seen in my life. And I'm like, you know, what are the teachers doing to us here? This is It's like, I don't remember getting in trouble, so I think we're good. Um, but he came, he came to share a message, and, and that, that was of, of understanding, obviously, and, and, uh, reading into people. And, you know, we can go on. I'm sure people, your listeners, know all about what you do and, you know, killing negativity with, with positivity and things like that. And Remembering that and seeing that just reinforced and refreshed me in— as much negative stuff has been going on in my life, and I'm sure everybody else's, and when you watch the media, and to remember that and not taking things at face value, you know, pardon obvious face value here, uh, in terms of what's, what's normal, what, what should be and what shouldn't be, and this, that, and the other. It was important for me to remember at that moment that there's a lot more than face value in life. And, and getting to know somebody and their character and, and seeing what they're all about is, is the thing that takes some time but is, is so important to all of us. And, uh, it's just, it's impressively disheartening to see things going on right now. And for me to make that connection again with, with my experience in middle school where Scary came and sent a message of, of learning about individuals, being positive, getting a whole picture of somebody, uh, was, was ultra important for me at that time. Yeah, you know, just a few weeks ago. Wow. Hey, so you wrote a cool letter. You, you wrote a letter and a half, didn't you? To someone. I mean, that was for you, Scary Guy. You want to share? That's, that's that. But it's meaningful for, for me. Yeah. Uh, you know, it was personal, uh and a thank you for, you know, reaching me. And people, we need that. We all need that. We gotta, we gotta be reached in some way in that positive light. And we're all special and unique in one way or another. And, and, uh, you walking in and showing me your ID, I remember that pretty vividly. It took it out. It's like, take it out of your wallet, bud. Let's, let's see that name. I was like, am I calling you The? Are you middle name Scary Mr. Guy? And you were— it was just that laugh and yeah, everything, the voice, the deep voice, and, and, uh, it's all really pretty vivid and, and that stuck with me.
