I'm the scary guy. The Scary Guy. I got a message, a message Which is, guess what, we're all in this together and we're all doing it. Judging people, name-calling, gossip. We haven't learned how to get along with each other. We've learned how to defend ourselves through hate and anger. Nobody really apologizes for this thing right here. It isn't hip and cool. You better shape up. One step beyond. Hi. Hey, good morning. How are you? I'm fine. It's good to see you. Making a sign we're going to put on the outside of this door because I don't want anybody walking in our room unless they got permission. Jack, let me ask you a question, dude. Look at me. If I tell you, "Keep out," what do you do? Go in. You go in, don't you? L-E-A. A-S-E. Yeah, okay. I walked into this thinking, "All right, you know, Mr. Tough Guy, let's get this rockin'." And walked out of here going, "We got a lot of work to do." Katie, he's being singled out and abused within this group. He's probably being singled out and abused everywhere he goes. The cop will have nicknames, and Katie can be called Chunk. He claims it's not getting to him, but it is. Jack can lead the way for the team because he seems to be somebody that people look up to. I think Andrew's like the wind. So he kind of has picked up this innocent little, I'm not involved kind of little victim kind of guy. I think Lima sees me coming in, and he's going to act one way. And when I walk out the door, he'll act another way. I need to get to the bottom of why he feels like he needs to have that kind of control over other people. What's cooking here? What's going on? What else did you say though, Liam, before that? Did you swear at her, dude? Did you use a swear word? Oh yeah. You got to be truthful, man. Yeah, I did. Part of the rules of the group, dude, and being on the team, dude, is you gotta tell the truth. If you make a mistake, man, make a mistake and own up to it. That's a man, alright? Look, watch me. I'm sorry I said that. Own your responsibility. I'm sorry I said that. It's okay. You gotta be a real man. That takes guts. You with me? Strength. I'm sorry says— look at me, look. I admit and accept full responsibility for all my words and my actions right now in front of you. There. That's what I'm sorry is. That takes guts. You with me? Shooting your mouth off is easy. How many people in the school shoot their mouth off here? All of them. Yeah, exactly, dude. Would you do me a favor if you're part of my team? Be different. Be a man and admit it. Say you're sorry. You with me? Okay. Do it, do it. Look her in the eyes, mi amorito. Sorry, Miss Watts. Give me one rule of life to live by. Put it right up there and do the best you can. Don't worry about spelling. Excellent, thank you. Anybody else? Come on, let's go, let's go. Does anybody know what respect is? Jack, come on, man, I haven't got one from you yet. I'd like to see a rule out of you. That's it. Anybody else got a rule? This says be kind to everybody and show respect. And yesterday some people started calling that man right there fat. Jack needs to make a bigger improvement in his attitude towards other people, like Katie. Man, you're on that kid full-time. Do you know? Are you aware of that? Yeah. You're tearing him up every time you open your mouth like this. All day. Now, if you can't give me an answer and a justifiable reason for tearing that kid up all day long, then it's your problem. I'm waiting. Jack's got a lot of stuff going on inside of him. And the 2-day period, I don't think we even touched the surface with Jack. Come here, give me a hug. Baby! Baby! I need a hug! Can you give me a hug? Why won't you give me a hug? Dude, I need a hug! Yeah, I will. Come on, Jack. Dude, come on. Tough, though. All right? Well, put your arm up over here and whack my back a little bit. Good job, dude. Thank you. I did see changes in behavior. I know we can make a big impact. These guys can actually be team leaders. They can be ambassadors to help the school. I'm proud of you guys. You guys are working hard. And that's all they needed to get started. It's nice, isn't it? Yeah, I like that. I like that a lot. That's cool, dude. The simple fact that we pulled them together as a team and allowed them to work on that piece of art gave them some sense of pride and ownership. What did you find out about doing the art? Well, it was a team. You actually did something together. Yes. And I'm proud of you. Congratulations. Congratulations. Congratulations. You proved you can do it. You and you and you and you proved you can do this. For 7 days and 7 nights, don't say one negative word about another human on the planet. For 7 days and 7 nights, don't call another person a name other than their own. Now we're gonna find out what you're really made of.
