Okay, so I want to talk about the power of not giving up today. And I recognize that as I'm talking about this, the circumstances in my life are so much better than so many other people. So I realize that it's all relative. But for each one of us, you know, whatever challenges we're facing, sometimes they feel like mountains, sometimes they feel insurmountable. And, you know, Monday night I went to sleep sad and angry and just mentally, emotionally, physically exhausted because I had one thing after another come up that I could not quickly solve and did not know how much time it was going to take me to solve, which all felt like an interruption and a horrible annoyance, right? To the things that are already on my plate. Yesterday, woke up and did not feel good. Man, I think, you know, I did a video and I talked about pushing through and doing a bike ride, but an hour after that, man, I felt like I was gonna just fall out. Hey, I was exhausted all day. A couple times I had to actually take a a— just lay down for 20 minutes because I couldn't keep my eyes open. And I felt physically bad, right? My gut was hurting. Something was definitely going on. And towards the end of the day, I pushed into trying to solve this problem with, you know, the taxes and the IRS and everything else. And lo and behold, I figured it out. It only took me about 45 minutes. And I got what I needed done. So, but by the end of the day, I mean, I was just whooped. I think I went to bed at 9 o'clock last night. I woke up again at 4 this morning. I feel a little bit better, and I just didn't dilly-dally around. I got up and I went to the gym, and you know, I'm, 2.5 hours in, lifted, cardio, splits training, and I'm ready to attack the day. So now, had I not— here's my point— had I not pressed in to trying to solve that problem yesterday, even though I didn't want to, even though I was like, how long is this gonna take, even though everything in me was screaming to avoid it, because I have a tendency to want to avoid things that I don't know how to solve, right? It doesn't mean I give in to it, but that's just the tendency. It's always the battle there. But had I not done that, I don't believe I would feel as, you know, energized and ready to take on the day as I do right now. So I want to encourage you, don't give up. And the— also an update on some of the things that I've been doing. Still getting the morning sunlight, not doing the grounding outside anymore because the grounding sheet that we're using I think is taking care of that. Still doing the supplements, although haphazardly, not every single day. I'm missing some days, so want to try and work that back in. And the affirmations— they're not really affirmations, they're declarations, like stating what I'm going to do today, what I'm going to accomplish. Those things are all still in place. Have not been doing the sunset stuff, just haven't arranged my schedule to go out and look at the sunset. So, I'm going to try and piece together a little bit better of a routine, but I'm doing the best that I can and I'm making progress. So, I hope you are too. Thanks for watching.
