Tony Stark Policci crashed his bike on a trail ride and hurt his shoulder, wrist, and forearm. He's wrapping up a 90-day mindset challenge that grew his gratitude and hope but brought uneven results across relationships, business, and health. He's asking viewers to commit to a concrete goal for the next 90 days.

Good morning. So it is another beautiful Saturday morning, and let me tell you how I started my day. Up early, 5 AM, out on a bike ride. And you know, sometimes I can't determine whether I'm more blessed or more ignorant. And I'll tell you why I say that, because, um, I get pretty intense when I'm out riding my bike. Like, I go fast. I go fast on these surface streets, on the trails, and things like that. And, uh, you know, occasionally I'll wipe out. And, you know, I'm in pretty good shape, actually. I'm like 10 years younger than my biological age, or my, I don't know what it's called. My biological age is 10 years younger than my, my birth age, or I don't know, forget the terms. Anyway, that's not the point. The point is that, man, I don't heal up like I used to. So anyway, my wife tells me, you need to like chill out and not take so many risks. So I listened. This morning, I was up and I was like just going for it, and I'm on this trail and it's only— it's like 5:30 in the morning now. I don't expect too many people to be out, but sure enough, I get to this one point and it's very narrow and there's two ladies walking. So like I have to go around them and I wind up going into this gravel, and when I come back on to the trail, the bike did not maintain traction. It came out from underneath me. I went down hard on my shoulder, on my wrist. So hard, in fact, that I rolled over and the bike flipped over me. Like, it was so fast that I was still holding on to the handlebars as I hit. And, uh, man, it sucked. And the women turned like, oh my God, sir, are you all right? I was like, yeah, thanks. Took a few minutes for the pain to kick in. But, you know, hopped on and kept riding. Had another 20 minutes to go. So here's the thing, for the next 20 minutes I just kept saying to myself, I am strong and my body heals itself. I am strong and my body heals itself in spite of the throbbing and everything else. So, you know, I'm judging I don't have any serious injuries. My shoulder is pretty sore right now. My wrist is sore. My forearm is bruised. And so So I'm blessed that it couldn't have been worse, but I'm also ignorant because like, I know better. I know better than to go off into the ground. Like, I should have hit my brakes. I should have slowed down, right? Hindsight's always 20/20. So, you know, what I was accomplishing out there was I was exercising. I was getting the morning sunrise, the morning sunlight, fresh air, mindset, doing all that stuff. And even in the midst of it, I made, you know, a poor decision. Fortunately, Looks like I, I skated serious consequences with that one. We're coming up on the end of this 90-day stretch, and as I look back on it, there have been some shifts. There's definitely been a shift in my gratitude and my hope and the belief in the focus on possibilities rather than limitations. And I'm thinking that I'm just going to keep this thing going. I don't know if I'll continue to do videos, but there's a next level for me. So, in the coming days, as we, as I wrap this up, my intention is to sit down and create a focused summary of what I've done, what I've learned, what the results have been, where I have room to practice and grow and get better, things that I learned and will implement differently or could implement differently, and hopefully that'll be of benefit to somebody that's watching. I'm going to continue to create content for this channel, and I'm not 100% certain the specific direction I'm going to go with that yet, but I will decide here in the next few days. So, um, there's only been a few that are actually following me, a few that have commented. I appreciate that. My question for you, anybody watching this video, is what is it Right? We're coming up on July. So we're going into the third quarter of the year. What is it you must achieve in the next 90 days in order to feel like you haven't wasted your time? I want you to decide on that. I want you to declare it. I want you to put in the comments because then it becomes real and then let's go after it. All right? My intention when I started this 90-day days ago was to shift my mindset into one of positivity, hope, generate better results in my life regarding outcomes in my relationships, outcomes in my business, outcomes with my income, outcomes with my health. And while I have experienced shifts in some of those areas, I haven't experienced them in all of them. However, the 90 days isn't over yet, and I realize that anything can happen. And it is the shift in the mindset that has to come first before the tangible evidence of that shift shows up. At least that's my belief. So stay tuned. All right, that's it for now. Please make your declaration in the comments. Let me know what you want to achieve in the next 90 days. And, and Man, I believe in you. You can do it. All right, so let's go.
