In this last video, I want to talk to you about how coaching changed my life. See, I've been coaching full-time for 3 full years now. Before then, I was doing it as I was still teaching and working my high school theater job. Coaching changed my life because I've always wanted to create a schedule based on my terms, like when I wanted to do things. I'm someone who likes to get up and go to the gym, get up and work out. I wanted to be able to do that and it not be 3:30 or 4 o'clock in the morning. Coaching helped me create the relationships that I wanted, to stop people, uh, stop people pleasing. It helped me to manage my mind and stop dramatizing everything. Coaching helped me to learn to do things as I wanted to do them, to create things in my life on my terms. And in managing my mind, I was able to eliminate and see the core of my negative thinking and the obstacles that were preventing me from being my true, authentic, powerful self and to actually go for what it is I really wanted in this life. And before coaching, I would talk myself out of those things. I would allow those negative thoughts to become facts in my mind of what I couldn't do and how I didn't feel enough. Coaching has changed my life so much that I want to give that back to you and help change yours.
