One of the biggest mistakes I think so many people are making is that there's only so much success to go around. I even thought this. If someone else is doing it well, it must mean that I'm not as good, or they even feel like there's a certain right way to succeed, and if they're not following that exact path, they're doing it wrong. I totally get it. Success isn't the same for everyone, and there's not just one right way to get there. Just because someone else is doing it well doesn't mean there's less room for you or for me. Success is uniquely defined by each person because there is no perfect path for every person. You have to take the path that is best for you. And when you stop comparing yourself, you can start creating a path that works best for you. You have a choice. You can keep comparing yourself to others and feeling left behind, or you can trust that your path is just as valuable and take it at your own pace. And if you like building more confidence so you can be the leader that you're meant to be, subscribe to this channel.
