One of the questions that I get the absolute most when people ask what is it that I do, and I respond that I'm a life coach. What is life coaching? You see, life coaching helps people get something that they don't presently have. Coaching helps you get there faster because you're actually working with a trained specialist. You see, a life coach talks to you, asks questions to understand, well, what's working in your life presently and what's not working. People who seek out coaching want something to change in their life, like their relationships, something about their career. They want a promotion, they want a new job, they want something with their health or their finances to change. And in the coaching process, the client decides what it is that they wanna accomplish or create, and the coach helps them come up with a plan to reach that desired outcome. Because we have desires that we have in life and we have outcomes, and in between that is resistance. The coach helps you get rid of that resistance and build a bridge so that you can accomplish what is it— what it is you want to accomplish. A coach also cheers you on, keeps you focused and accountable. And it's like having someone by your side who believes in you 100% and helps you figure out how to do your best and feel good about yourself. It helps improve your self-image. You see, a life coach is like having someone like in your corner having on a special pair of glasses, you know, like seeing things that help you see things in a new way. And it's like solving a problem or reaching a goal that you may be stuck and you don't know what your next steps are. And so a life coach asks questions so that you can see things in a different light and helps you to see all the options that you may not have been able to see before. And so it's kind of like, imagine, you know, when you are trying to put together one of these puzzles, right? You just can't find that missing piece. And a life coach is like someone who's able to, you know, zoom out and see the bigger picture of how the pieces fit together. And then suddenly you are able to see that missing thing that you haven't been able to see all this time. So a life coach is like a trained specialist, a friendly guide who helps you get what you want in life that presently is missing from your life. They help you get there faster and quicker. All right.
