LaToya Kelly shares four sew-in speed techniques: double or triple stitches between pulls to cut time, secure only at row starts and ends to skip extra knots, pre-thread all needles before the day, and keep three needle lengths ready for quick adjustments.

These 4 quick tips I promise will help you speed up your sewing services. So number 1, begin doubling or tripling your stitches between each pull. So when you do this, you'll reduce the time that you're stitching and pulling. So you stitch a couple times, then pull, stitch a few times, then pull. This is really speeding up like the bottom of the back, in the middle, and a lot in the top too. Secondly, remember that when you secure your install, it doesn't take extra knots. You can secure the row in the beginning of the row and the end of the row, not in between. That also makes it impossible for clients to take their hair down. Number 3, I can't stress the importance of pre-threading your needles. Pre-threading your needles for even your entire day— just go ahead and thread all your needles because it will just make life so much easier and it'll make the efficiency of your day just skyrocket. Number 4 is an extension of 3. You really want to prepare your needles to be 3 different lengths. You want some short ones, some medium, and some long ones. I can't go into detail. I also have other videos linked in the description that will fully explain.
