In this YouTube video, LaToya Kelly (TT Does It All) walks viewers through a complete sew‑in installation using her Brazilian deep wave hair extensions on a long‑time client. She begins by explaining the client’s protective styling needs—a middle‑part leave‑out due to thinning hair from a health condition—and proceeds with anchor braids, net placement, and the sewing of four bundles (24", 24", 22", 20") dyed jet black. Kelly details her technical methods: using baby and alligator clips, adding braiding hair to anchor braids for tension relief, pre‑threading long needles for efficiency, and employing a specific wholesale net. She highlights product choices such as KeraCare glossifier and Wild Growth oil, and shares styling steps after installation, including flat‑ironing, curling with two different flat irons, and optional layering. Throughout, she interweaves personal anecdotes about her client history, her move from Kansas City to St. Louis, her video‑upload schedule, equipment upgrades, and branding on social platforms. The video serves both as a step‑by‑step tutorial and a promotional piece for her extension line and online presence.

Hey everyone, I'm back with another start to finish, and this is one of the clients I talked about in my video that I posted prior to this one. This is one of two clients using my Brazilian deep wave hair. She's doing a middle part leave out, so that means that only her middle part will be left out, no edges, no sides. None of the back. So I am just— I just parted her leave-out and I'm sectioning that off and I'm pulling it out of her face so she can watch this show. Excuse her crazy expressions. We are watching a show on Netflix called Working Moms and oh my God, it is freaking hilarious. I can't even tell you, like, just know that half the expressions she's making are because of this show that we're watching, which is just crazy. But I I start with my two anchor braids, and I use those baby clips on the hair a lot, so I have so many of those. And then I use my alligator clips to hold her hair separated. I have been doing her hair— excuse my phone— I have been doing her hair for years. I moved from Kansas City in 2016, and I've been doing her hair since before I moved here in St. Louis. So she comes to St. Louis and gets her hair done every, every, maybe about twice a year. I think for her husband's birthday and for her birthday. And, um, yeah, she gets slayed every time. Usually she does a versatile sew-in, but this time I started braiding and I was like, dang it, you wanted a versatile— or she reminded me. But then she's like, well, wait, her hair started thinning due to her health condition and the medicine that she's on. So honestly, it's better that she leave all of her hair up and covered, and it's just more of a protective style just leaving that middle part out. So I am finishing off these anchor braids, which are 4 braids on the perimeter of the sew-in. Those are always very tiny, very flat, not heavyweight, but they add hair— braiding hair in— I add braiding hair in my anchor braids to take tension away from their hair. You don't want the thread pulling on 2 strands of their hair. If it's a thicker braid, it's just a stronger hold, which is why I call it an anchor braid. I do have videos that I have uploaded. You can go through my videos and look for those of how exactly I do this braid pattern because I explain it very thoroughly. But she does have really pretty nice thick hair, um, even though she said it's thinning out, it's still more than some people have. So it's still a beautiful amount of hair to have. So I am just going to braid and braid and braid. Um, let's see what's new with me. I have been uploading videos every day, and based on the comments I see, the most people want me to do every Friday for my uploads, which I can do. That is no problem whatsoever. But I'm uploading every day now because I have so much material. I mean, I have videos from like 6 months ago that have just been sitting and I have not edited them. But I got a new computer, and my old one, I dropped it and the screen cracked and half of it didn't work. Plus the internet will go in and out on my old MacBook, so I got a new one. So now it's a lot faster for me to edit Um, so that makes this process a lot easier so I can get more videos out to you all. And, um, yeah, so she is— this is a Sunday, and this video that is being recorded that you're watching right now, it is a Sunday morning. She is my 9 o'clock customer, okay? And right now, me doing this voiceover It is 10:49 PM that same day, okay? So it has been a long day, but I have forced myself to stay up, edit these videos. That way I didn't go to sleep too early and wake up in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep. Anybody else have that problem? Because I do it all the time and I'm trying to make a change. So if you are new to this channel, hi! I've just been talking for a while now, but my name is TT. I do hair extensions. Only. Started out doing micro braids, but now I just do sew-ins, full lace wigs, lace frontals. There are plenty of videos of all of my work on this lovely YouTube channel, and if you have not subscribed while you're watching this video yet, please subscribe. Turn on those notifications because my subscribers will tell you I'm random. I do not post at a specific time, so it's just best to have those notifications on so you can just get a surprise because it's, it's just random. So I use KeraCare on my clients as a grease. It's called a glossifier. I use it between each braid as I braid. And then all of my clients' favorite part is the Wild Growth hair oil that I use between each braid after I finish braiding the entire head, right before I put a net on their head. Um, I used to hate nets. I used to feel like, oh my God, nets take an extra few minutes of time. It's just so easy not to do it with them. But now I've gotten so used to being able to sew where there is not a braid, just sewing on a net if need be, that I, I just hate sewing without a net now. And plus, the longer you do something, the more you repeat it, the easier it gets and the faster you get at it. So you see her just closing my eyes because she was like, honey, I know how it feels. Because when Capricia— if you saw my video right before this, you know, Capricia— you saw Capricia. When Capricia does my hair and she braids it, I'm like, Capricia, I think you missed a spot with that oil. Or I'm like, um, you think my scalp needs some more? Because I think it's like super dry this time. It feels so good. It feels like— it feels like heaven on your scalp, and it's like soothing. It's really hard to explain. If you're a client, like or if you've experienced this, try to describe it in the comments because I'm having a hard time and I think it's really hard to describe, but you see she ain't opened them eyes, she's like, yeah, still sucking it up. Even people who watch this, look at her, she's like, woo! Even people who watch this on my Snapchat, they are like, girl, this just looks so soothing, they love watching me do it, but yeah, my name is TT Does It All on Snapchat, Instagram, everywhere, so if you're not following me there, go ahead and follow me. All right, so this is the net I was talking about. I use a specific net only, and I buy them by the case wholesale, honey. I get them from my local beauty supply, and I just buy literally like the box of them. It's like, I don't even know, I think it's like 300 and some nets. I can use one net on 2 clients, typically 3 if their heads are all small. So yeah, now I am sewing in the bundles. She is doing 4 bundles, and she's doing 4 bundles of my extension line, which I've been doing since 2012, the same hair. This is my Brazilian deep wave. I did dye her hair jet black for her. So this is one 24-inch bundle in her head right now. That's all I've sewn in so far. And this is another 24-inch bundle. So she is doing two 24-inch bundles, a 22-inch bundle, and a 20-inch bundle, and they're all dyed jet black. And we're put them all in her head. And we're not cutting any tracks, honey. You do not see me cutting anything but thread. And that's another thing, I thread my needles extremely long in advance. And I thread them long because not only is it easy— and this is— one second. Now, um, so this is the second bundle of 24-inch that's already in. And then I'm going to the third bundle, which is a 20 2-inch. So I thread my needles long because my clients say it makes sewing— it makes taking their hair down a lot easier. Um, they— there's only one knot at the end of the thread and at the start of it, so it's not like you have to just— you— all you have to do is just pull a loop and pull and pull and pull the loop, and it just comes right out. So my sew-ins are extremely easy to take down, and it's also easy for me to do it when I'm putting it in because I don't have to stop and start a new thread over and over and over. I can just keep going going and going. It makes my productivity a lot faster. All right, so I am actually going to style this too. So my Brazilian deep wave can be colored darker, it can be lightened, it can be cut, styled, curled, straightened, and when you wash it, it will go right back to its wave pattern. So this Brazilian deep wave is my number one seller. Everyone loves it. I love it, I wear it. Um, yeah, it's just beautiful hair. So if you haven't tried it already, head over to my website, TTdoesitall.com, click on shop, and there it is. All right, so I am on— I should have been on her last bundle, but I didn't see me say it. I mean, I didn't— I don't see me stopping. Hmm, I'll just label in the video when I— when it was the 4th bundle going in, because clearly this is the 4th and final bundle. And you know, I really had to go back and look at it because people on YouTube will be like, this is false advertising, this clickbait, it ain't even 4 bundles, she didn't even put 4, she couldn't even find the 4th, show me the 4th. Y'all be ready to roast. Y'all be sitting there watching with, with pen and paper, okay, ready to roast. Not this time. But you see me flat ironing her hair. I love this little bitty baby of mini flat iron. It just gets right to the edges and to the root, right to the root, okay. But I am straightening her hair. Then I realized, wait a minute, this way too wavy. I'm gonna have to blow dry this out a little bit. So I did 2 curls and was like, uh-uh. If y'all watch my videos on a regular, you know my really popular video with the thin hair sew-in, when before I take it out the bundle, I straighten the ends of it if I'ma style it, and I style it as I go. But I really wanted you all to see what the Brazilian deep wave looked after being washed, air dried, and all the bundles in. I just really wanted you all to see that look. That's why I didn't do it for this video. Um, but my next client that I upload after this, trust me, I, I changed it with hers. I was like, yeah, we're gonna have to— I can't actually— yeah, no, I couldn't show y'all that. It was, it was too much, way too much. But Cha-Cha's wedding that I posted a couple days ago, that one showed the hair in its natural state all throughout the sew-in. So fresh out the bundle, never been washed or anything. So y'all did get a chance see that. I've given that to y'all at least. So I am just styling. I swap back and forth between my black big 1.5-inch flat iron to my 1-inch pink flat iron depending on how much hair I'm about to curl, how much time I got, how fast I'm trying to get this done. So I am swapping back and forth. When I go towards the face, you see I tend to use the pink ones because I want them smaller. The back bottom ones, you want them kind of longer, bigger curls. So I am actually going to curl this and then cut and, you know, do some layering in the front of it. And she was like, no, it's okay, it looks good. I'm like, yeah, because I curled it that way. But if you do not curl it the way I curl it, you're not gonna get it to look the same. So I would prefer for clients who don't know how to curl their hair how I do, I would prefer for me to actually, um, cut some layers into it so it'll be easier for you to curl. But I am done with her hair. What do y'all think? This jet black looks beautiful. And like I said, you see how it's not cut in the front and it still looks really good? But once I cut it, it just flows even easier, like the layers just pop. So, um, what do you all think about the hair? Do you all like virgin hair? Are you like, it's too much money, blah blah blah? You know, like some people really aren't updated on virgin hair still. And I know it's surprising to some people, but it's— everybody's just not as knowledgeable about weave, you know. Like, everybody don't wear weave. I know it's hard to believe, but they don't. But I mean, I love my Brazilian deep wave hair. I can wear it over and over and over. I can take it out and put it in another sew-in. I can wear it in a weave ponytail. I could take that out and put it behind a frontal. I can make a wig out of it, take the tracks off the wig and make another sew-in out of it. It's just so versatile and it lasts so long. And yes, it's just so beautiful. This— these curls are popping, honey. TT does it. What's, what's up with my hair though? Let's not go there. Let's not go there another day, y'all. Y'all gonna let me live? Y'all gotta promise me in the description, in the comments, y'all will let me live. Okay, say I promise. Okay, her hair is beautiful, so I should get a pass. So thumbs up this video if you love the outcome, and make sure you all subscribe if you haven't already. And y'all know I will be uploading again tomorrow, so I will see you in the next video.
