Hey everyone, it's your girl TT Does It All, and this is the look that we are going to be achieving today. This wig is by Supernova Hair and it is a lace front wig and it came pre-colored. It is gorgeous. I know. Okay, so my girl Remy, y'all seen her before, she sent me a picture that she wanted to recreate and was like, hey girl, this would be dope. And I'm like, I have a wig from Supernova Hair that would be gorgeous for this look. So we were kind of wondering if we were going to be able to recreate this style, but obviously we did it. So y'all let me know what y'all think. We did recreate this look with this 180 density straight 20-inch wig. It does have the frontal all across the front, so it's not like one of those closures with tracks in the side. It is complete frontal all the way across, and it is 99J color. The link is in the description to the wig, so you all know how to exactly get this look. So we start here with the ball cap method, and, um, listen, you guys, it is crooked right here. I know that, but when you are a magician like myself with the weaves You will see how we even that out. So this is the wig itself. I did straighten it on a canvas head before I put it in her head. I tweezed it and made sure it was pressed and ready to style. So I am going to use my double-sided tape, which is also available on my website, links in the description, and I'm just going to press in this double-sided adhesive, and then I'm gonna place the wig on top of it. So you all do your bald cap method however you've learned. As you all know, I do teach that in my membership training, which is in the description also. So after the double-sided tape, I told her, hold your head back. Yes, there you go. As I pull forward, and we are going to melt that lace right in, and then I am going to cut that additional lace off and style. And you all saw the beginning look, um, that we're going to use. That was from Arrogant Tay, and, um, he is one of the stylists that I learned from. I went to his, um, training class earlier this year, and it was so worth the money, you guys, which is why I don't actually show what I learned here, because I paid a lot of money to him. Trust me, guys, a lot. So I am just cutting off the excess lace, and then I am going to style it like she wanted in that picture, to the best of my ability. Remy always hypes me up and brings out my creativity with stuff that I never even thought I could do. 'Cause you just could never. I could never. She's a mess, always talking crazy to somebody. But y'all know I I know that I'm not the best out here, but I try my best and I put my all into styles that I do for my clients because I want to make them happy. And she, like I said, she challenges my creativity. And yeah, so let me tell y'all this, this is coming from somebody who does not do ponytails, high ponytails or anything. She had me do this other hairstyle that was like the high ponytail with the bangs and the back cut into a bob. And I was like, girl, I do not like this. But she loved it and she was like, oh my God, you can do it, I know you can. So it took me about 50 tries to make sure these baby hairs were equal on each side. Um, I was really, really, really trying to recreate this look for her, y'all. So again, yes, it took me a while to get even this ponytail straight. And one thing that I realized was when people do ponytails, I watch people's YouTube video and one of my girls, her name is like Tress is something. And when she does her ponytails, I realize she does it section by section. So once I finally figured that out at the end and did it, it came out perfect. So I'm showing you guys my trial and error with this style. Um, I finally did get it right, but it took me more than one try at it. And this is just goes to show you that stylists aren't perfect. We make mistakes. We all have to learn somewhere. I may be really good at a sew-in or frontal or a leave-out or something like that, but we all have our challenges and this happens to be one of mine. It's— I'm a perfectionist, y'all. I can't say that enough. Like, to the best of my ability, I want to recreate this look for her and have it to be bomb. Like, I want nothing but compliments when she leaves. So I'm like, okay, how do baby hairs look? I always show my client in the mirror, like, what you think? What you think? Just making sure everything is even, and that's again the, the me. It's just me. It's a part of who I am. I always want to make sure that it looks like you want it to look. So I am going to take a jab at this ponytail part. So I take my hot comb and I'm like, let me press the back of this back to cover up the tracks that are in the back of the wig. And I noticed that I could not get this flat for the life of me. So my favorite mousse, that did the trick. I just combed into that and it laid these hairs for the gods, honey. I blow dried it back to where it would stay and it is not going to move on me. So I am going to do this ponytail. And remember I said I— if I knew in the beginning what I know now, which I will use on the next person I do a ponytail with to do it section by section because I could not get it to not have this hump. And then I couldn't get the ponytail to be up. It was like late leaning back and it looked cute here, but it just was not— it wasn't really up. Like, no, like we needed it up. So I took it down, took another jab at it. I said, well, what if I don't put the rubber band on it? What if I just tied, you know, wrap the hair around the ponytail and then do that? Let's see what it looked like. Right? No, because as you see right now, it's already leaning backwards. Like, it's doing a backwards flip right now. Cartwheel. Let me see y'all drop the cartwheel emoji because that's what this ponytail was doing, a backwards flip. And we tried. I had her blow drying, girl. Like, we was really done. See, you see how it's like— no, I had— I was like, let me try a pin. No. And see that hump? See how it just humps right there? I'm like, come on. So I said boom. So y'all, we really— listen, I was— you see, I was putting my heart and soul into the style for her. Let's take these strips on, use a little bit of water, because this is my baby hair cream that I make that I use on her edges to lay them down, and they are not going anywhere. But look, y'all, what if I had thought about this from the beginning? I would have been done 30 minutes ago, right? Goodness. But finally I got it, and I was like, okay, let's put this part in the ponytail first. That will make sure that part doesn't poof up. And then let's move this part down and then put this ponytail over it. Why didn't I think of that? Shoot, I need— maybe I should have watched another YouTube video before I tried this. So boom, it's up like it needs to be, and I'm wrapping the hair around, wrap up, wrap. Spraying it with a little spritz. Little spritz ain't never hurt nobody. Okay, okay. I mean, I might just have it. What y'all think? I hope y'all drop that cartwheel in the, in the comments. Okay, we— you tired, Remy. I get it. And it was late as I don't know what, y'all. It was so late. Okay, it might— I mean it's, uh, it's not doing a cartwheel backwards, you know, like. And sometimes when we do these ponytails up top, we'll add like an extra track. But since this is a wig, this is how it would have to be. And you notice with hers, her hair was going back over the back, like with, um, the girl in the picture. So this is my jab at it. And then I am going to show y'all a trick that I usually don't show, okay? So this is something I usually don't give, but I'm gonna give you this. Makeup is your best friend when it comes to these frontals, okay? Because lace does not always— if your lace is too dark, how are you gonna lighten it? I love makeup. I feel like makeup comes in every person's shade. So when it comes to like the parts in her hair, I can lighten them up with makeup. So now, um, before I do that part, I'm going to tighten up the back of her wig. And you know, it came with those adjustable bands, um, so you can just tighten them up as, as you would want to. And here I'm just going to fill in where the parts are with some makeup just to make this kind of blend more with her complexion. And then we're done. So if you guys like this look, if you will rock it, drop a comment, let me know, thumbs this video. If you have not already subscribed, what are you waiting for? Okay, but yeah, I loved this look. It's so pretty and perfect. All right, you guys, I will see y'all in the next video. Thanks for watching, and drop those backflip emojis, okay?
