Two stylists show how to layer three extension pieces on a lace closure wig for volume. They place the longest 24-inch piece at the bottom, trim layers for body, and prefer higher curls to avoid a flat look.

So let's talk about this hair. It is Asteria hair. I have two 22 inches and a 24 inch. Um, I put my 24 inch at the bottom and I did double the layer so that the bottom longer length will be nice and full. Um, I just cut some layers into it because I wanted more volume in it. I didn't want it to be as flat.
Even like in here, see, like I would prefer this piece to be curled higher.
With the layers, it basically With the layers, it just basically gives you more volume in your hair. I don't like flat hair. I know some of you like it, but I don't.
