Hey everyone, and thanks for tuning in. This is the finished look for my mommy makeover, and it was a lace closure, 16 inches, as well as 3 bundles, and they were 16, 18, and 20 inches. So when doing my sew-ins, I start with the closure first, and then I sew the longest bundle in first in the bottom of the back, and then I work my way up. And I do have videos on how to sew in the lace closure, the bundles, folding over and everything. So for this particular video review, I never cut the wefts, so that will help on this hair lasting and not shedding, and that will also help make these bundles reusable over and over and over and last. And after sewing in the 20-inch bundle, you see how my hands are just gliding through the hair It is very, very soft. It was very like feather-like, and it is so pretty. And yes, it's pretty today, and it actually is lasting that pretty, you guys. She of course still has the sew-in up, and of course I have been monitoring how this hair lasts. And my mom is not the best on hair, so she was a perfect person to try it out. And she has been using her mousse and water spray bottle, and this hair has just been so easy for her to maintain. So if you are someone who likes hair that you don't have to do much with, you just want to get up and go, this hair is perfect for that. You can just wet it and let it air dry and get up and go. Now that the second bundle is in, I'm still going to finger comb through the bundles just to show you all how easily my hand is gliding through it. And then I'm going to sew in the last bundle. This is actually my sister in the background, and she'll be kissing us goodbye in a second, so you'll see that. However, I do want to point out that this hair is wavy. It is literally a crinkly wave. It is not curly at at all like my deep wave that I have. It is a wave pattern, and again, it is very low maintenance, and the closure matched perfectly. So once I actually show the closure and me put my fingers through that hair, it matched perfectly as well, even before I put any water or mousse in it. And if you also like big hair, you can leave it in its natural state, not put anything on it, and it will be so pretty. And if you all are wondering, Capricia did braid my mom's hair for me and I did the sew-in, so that is why I didn't actually show me braiding. Plus, this video is really about the hair, so I wanted to show me installing it and me kind of customizing the closure to match her scalp and everything. I did not bleach the knots. I really don't like to bleach knots on closures. For my mom, I tweezed her hair— I'm sorry, bleh— I tweezed her part to widen it and make it look a little bit more natural. And I also put some makeup. And you see I'm using a fine-tooth comb and getting right through this hair. I just basically combed out all of the hair that I plucked. And you see my mama checking it out, my sister checking it out. Yeah, they know it's cute. You see how my sister hands gliding right through it? I know, it's perfect. It's really, really pretty hair. So here is where I am putting— okay, Melissa, get out of the— okay, kisses, goodbye. And the sad part is she didn't even leave after this, y'all. Okay, anyway, so I am putting the makeup just to make the part match her scalp. And I tell all of my customers, tie your leave— tie your closure and your leave-out. But for this video, tie your closure down and you will not have to reapply this makeup at all. Earlier in the video, I did say that if you want your hair to be big, you do not have to do this section of the video. But for my mom, she is not a big hair person traditionally. Um, more tamed is her thing. So I put water and I put mousse, and any mousse will work, you guys. You don't have to use a particular brand. And I use my big paddle brush and I just brushed it through. And as you see, I'm not having any tangles or anything. It's just gliding right through the hair. So here is my mom's finished look.
