I'm going to answer my top 2 K-tip questions on this video. Yes, you can shampoo K-tip extensions, and yes, 4C clients can wear K-tip extensions. This client has shampoo on her extensions, and this is the same client as in the beginning of the video. There is shampoo throughout these K-tips, and her scalp is being cleaned thoroughly. The conditioner is not allowed on the keratin bonds because that can break down the bonds over time. Conditioner will not break down the bond if placed on it initially, but over time it will. So you can place conditioner on your ends and on the ends of your extensions just to get a, like, a leave-in conditioner or a curl cream, but you do not want to place conditioner on the scalp. Again, yes, if you have 4C hair, you can wear K-Tip extensions. And this is a client that I did the storytime video on in my previous video, so make sure you check that video out to see the blend.
