Hey everyone, this video is long overdue, but I wanted to show how to manage the Luxury Deep Wave when it's initially, um, coming to you fresh out of the bundle. There are a few tips and tricks I can give you on making it easier to take it out the bundle. This hair is my top seller since 2012, and I swear by it, and so do my customers.. So excuse the mint in my mouth at the beginning, but this is going to be very helpful for you. So excuse the mess, but I really wanted to make this video before I shipped out the hair. And this belongs to an actual customer. You can see the back of her head. See that? It's not a mannequin. See? It's a person. So she ordered, um, 14, 16, 18. 14, 16, and 18 deep wave. Deep wave is the most difficult hair to start with, but once you get it in, the rest is history. The ends are always tighter. The longer the bundles you get, the harder it gets. So if you have your bundles right now, you'll see this is the same exact bundles, nothing different. Blue tag is on it, taking that off. You got the same rubber bands, nothing's different. So one thing you do not want to do is take these bundles apart by hand without doing anything to them. Again, the longer you get, the worse it'll get. So This is easy now that I am with a shorter length. It's a 14-inch, but if you have a longer length, that's not easy. Like, pulling the hair apart straight out the bundle is not an easy task. So what I do— she wants her hair straight, so I am going to straighten out the ends. First. So I always start at the bottom and just comb— always start at the bottom of your bundles. Okay, so I'm going to straighten the ends first, then I'm going to work my way up. I had a customer before say the hair was hard, it was stiff, and it burnt when she straightened it. And I'm like, how? I literally use this hair, it's literally what I have in my head. But she showed me like a video or a picture, and it was kind of like she stamped the hair with the flat iron. Any hair, even your real hair, if you hold a flat iron on it, it's gonna burn. But as you see, I'm straightening this and it's perfectly fine. So if you want to wash your hair before you install it, that's fine. Um, leave it in a bundle and just again start from the bottoms. Always work your hair away from the weft. So start from the bottom, don't start up here. And when you take the bundle apart, if you have longer lengths, it's not going to be easy because those curls are really tight. It comes like a curly, but as soon as you put it in, you see it's just a wave. This is the exact same hair. I've had this as a leave-out— leave-out sew-in. I changed it from a leave-out sew-in to a closure sew-in going. I showed y'all me doing it, and then, and then I made it into a wig. So this is actually a wig. So this is an 18-inch. Let's see how easy it is, because I usually have the most problem with like 24-inch stuff like that. So if you got like 24-inch, 22, or longer, it ain't, it ain't going to be easy unless you start from the ends. The hair is beautiful hair. I've been selling it since 2012 and I love it. Okay, so I'm not going to comb. Let's see. You see that? Look at my— to make this easier on yourself If you're wanting to wear it in its natural state, that's fine. Just brush the ends out, brush the ends out so they're not so tight. Start from the bottom, and I'm holding it tight so I brush the ends out, and then I can open it up easy. See how I'm not tangling? I'm not— it's just coming right through. So the deep wave is— it takes a special TLC when you initially install it or unravel it from its bundle. But I'm going to wrap this back up because we're going straight. And, um, yeah, so don't be discouraged with deep wave hair. It's really easy peasy, but sometimes when it comes straight out the package, it's a little tight. That curl is a little tight. So hope this helped. Bye! I just thought about it. This the 18-inch I just unraveled. I might as well just show y'all me straightening it. Ooh, all right, this is the 18-inch. The 18-inch goes in first. If you are not familiar, I have a YouTube channel And for every client that I put my luxury deep wave in, I do this exact same thing if they want it styled. So another thing that I do— hold this for me, hold this in for me. Oh shoot, you want me to hold your coffee? Oh no, I'm good. I thought you was telling me to hold that. Yes, I was. Oh, you want me to hold that? Here, I'll— because I want to straighten a little bit of the root of it first. So yeah, you hold that. Okay, okay. So the girl who sent me the picture She literally did like this and held it there and was like, look at it, it's a— it's burnt, you know? Like, I'm like, she held it in one place. Yeah, I could literally see the stamp of her holding it there. And I'm like, this isn't— this is not what you have to do. Didn't you see the little girl who did that years ago with her bang? Yes, the whole bang. Yes. And that was her real hair. So, um, I mean Another thing about this hair, you do not have to use the products you use on your real hair, as in the shampoo and conditioner. I don't recommend using like nothing you use on your hair. What you use on your real hair usually adds moisture, and the extensions are already perfect, you know, like you don't have to add anything to it. So I do like a deep cleanse with Dawn, literally dish soap. Really? Well, if you think about it, Dawn is made to like clean oil off, and it's— it got— it gets that good. So when you're wearing your hair, you know, maybe oil from your scalp gets in there, um, oil from, you know, products and stuff you may use, hairspray. So Dawn just breaks all of that down and gets it off. When you look at your hair, like, it'll be just as fluffy. Now if your hair don't move, if it's like a film over it, like this texture is perfect. There's nothing on it. If you use the hair— and I'll take it— if you, um, actually use like Pantene Pro-V for women of color, remember that? Like, I mean, stuff that's like the brown. Yeah, yeah, anything that's made like it's made for, um natural hair, it's going to add a film to it. So you don't want to use any of that. Um, another thing you can do, I recommend letting it soak overnight, okay, is using, um, Dr.— I'll put the link, um, I can't think of the name, but I use that and I let it soak overnight and just rinse it out., and it's perfect. It's a soap. It's not that Dr. Miracle or anything? No, no, no, no. Um, where's my other phone? And it actually— oh, right here. No, so it actually, um, it, it's multi-use. Like, it's really good, and you know what I'm talking about. I think they got like a lavender one. Like, there's different scents of it. I know exactly what you're talking about. You can get it at like natural goods type of stores, and it's on Amazon too. Um, Dr. Yeah, Dr. Bronner. I was thinking Bronner Brothers, but I didn't want to say that and be stupid. But, um, there's different like scents for it. Yeah, I've gotten the peppermint one. Yeah, and if you still have it, like, it's really good. Just Pour it in the water. Okay. Um, soak your hair literally overnight, and the next day just rinse it out. It'll be beautiful. You don't have to use anything extra. I had no idea. But that, like, it gets everything out the hair and it'll smell amazing. So that is my advice for you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed this and it was informative. Now I'm out for real. I'll show y'all her finished product when I'm done.
