In this informal vlog, LaToya Kelly (known as TT Does It All) walks viewers through a one‑off crochet‑hair project she did for her sister, who wanted a mohawk‑style look. LaToya explains how she chose the hair—purchasing two packs of Brazilian curly extensions in different colors from a local beauty‑supply store—and shares the link in the video description. She details the step‑by‑step process: starting the front braid without any base hair, splitting strands, creating a skinny front braid, French‑braiding the front, forming a beehive at the back, and crocheting the bulk of the hair with help from a friend named Capricia. She notes challenges such as a missing camera charger, a three‑hour build time (longer than her usual two‑hour crochet jobs), and her sister’s “tender‑headed” sensitivity, which made the process uncomfortable. LaToya also reflects on her primary expertise in sew‑ins, expressing a preference for them over crochet, and admits she likely won’t repeat this style. Throughout, she injects humor, self‑deprecating comments, and occasional on‑camera interruptions, while encouraging viewers to comment, like, share, and tag her on Instagram @ttdoesitall. The video ends with a showcase of the finished hairstyle and a call to action for audience engagement.

Hey everybody, it's your girl TT Does It All back with another crochet video. And y'all know this is not my forte, this is not what I do, but sometimes I do dip and dabble in it and have a little bit of fun. But this is my sister, her the usual, either it's me or my sister. And this is the hair that I decided to use. I went to the store, saw it, and I was like, oh my God, I want to recreate this. And she said she kind of wanted a mohawk, so that right here is what I wanted to look at. It is so cute. Oh my God, so here comes Melissa taking her selfie. Go get it, get it. Okay, alright, so this is how the hair looks. I used this and then another pack which is mixed with another color, and I bought it at like a local beauty supply store, so I didn't buy this online, but I will find the link and it will be in the description below. But I did not record as thoroughly as I usually do because I left my charger to my battery for my digital camera in St. Louis, and I'm in Kansas City. And yeah, so I'm sorry, y'all, but I did learn that I had to take— it sucked because she had to go through some trial and error with the front of her head, but I had to start the braid without any hair and then split half of the strand into two and braid it in that way, starting at the end of the braid. So that's how I got the look of the hair added into the braid, but the skinny look at the front of the braid. I hope that makes sense. If not, sorry. So let's see, where am I at? I am just braiding the front of her hair. Oh yeah, so there's like— I'm crazy, y'all know I'm crazy. Sometimes I'm funny, sometimes I'm just mellow and chill and relaxed, but I do let y'all hear a little bit of my crazy talk because somebody was in all up in my video like, girl, what you doing? And I was like, why you all up in my business? So she wanted to make sure y'all heard how mean I get, so I'm gonna let y'all hear it. But, um, yes, this is my sister. It took like 3 hours to do this, which normally crochet is taking 2 hours on her. So I will never probably do this again a day in my life. Um, if y'all know or y'all see my other videos, I do sew-ins. I teach sew-ins, and I do sew-ins day in and day out. Crochet is something I do because I know how to braid my butt off, but I It's just not something that I do. I don't like to do it. So at the back of her head, so I French braided all the front, and again, like I told you, I did the ends, um, braided the hair in. So you see that hair hanging in her face is all from the ends of the French braids in the front. Then what I did was braided the back into a beehive because, again, I don't really know what I'm doing. This is crochet, which is new to me, so I just did something that I figured would look right. I don't know. So yeah, she feels like I braid like the worst ever in life. All of my other clients say I'm so cool on their head and I'm light and feather fingers, but my sister is tender-headed to the max. And so am I, so honestly I don't even know why I'm talking about her because I'm tender-headed too. But yeah, she just can't stand when I touch her head because it looks good but it hurts. But My other clients say I don't hurt. I don't know where my clients at, y'all. Can y'all comment below? Because they probably don't think I hurt, but I guess it wouldn't matter because I'm not offering crochet as a service. I just want y'all to see how beautiful it looks, and I can do it. I did it. Okay. Oh, my hair in this video, I did a tutorial on it. It'll be next. But this is the finished look. I crochet all the back end with the help of Capricia, who's walking through. Look at the baby. Look at royalty. Okay. So yeah, we crochet all of this in. Capricia ended up having to come and help me, so it probably would have took me like 5 hours to crochet all this hair in. But I was like, oh my God, you'll be able to do like the cute like one bun at the top or the two buns at the top. But this is where somebody interrupted my YouTube video and I had to regulate, okay? Because she was like, what are you doing? And I was like, girl, why y'all up in my business? So go ahead and listen. I'm just messing up for my YouTube. Get the fuck out of my business. I'm going to put that part on YouTube. Let them see how she really act. They already know I'm fake, right? Oh Lord. She wanted a mocha. No. So yeah, look at her expression. She's like, girl, get up out of my head. I was jamming to the music, right, left, right, left, right, left, and right, and slow it down to the left. I'm just playing, y'all. But y'all, I love music. If anybody— all my customers know I'm always jamming to some music in the background. But tell me what y'all think about this. Do y'all like it? Would y'all have done the braids different? What did you think? Do you like the color? Do you like the little highlights where I threw them in there? Let me know what you all think. Comment below. Thumbs up this video.
