When I posted this video of my client's hair before her install, people had a lot to say. They saw matting flakes and jumped to conclusions. Some said I didn't shampoo her hair, others claimed I was being mean. So let's clear that up. First of all, she gave me full permission to record, and we had an amazing appointment. The vibes were good, the care was real, and the service Flawless. I take pride in what I do, from detangling to deep cleansing to the install itself. I'm not here for shortcuts or shaming, but I'm here to show you what real client care looks like, even when the hair comes in need of a little extra love. And if you still think I was unprofessional, I'll let her review speak for itself, because the facts, the facts always hit different.
