One question I get all the time is what happens when her hair gets wet. When her hair gets wet, if she's natural, of course her hair reverts just like your hair. So yes, when clients come back for maintenance, I am able to straighten their roots out. At home, I do not recommend clients straighten their own roots out, but if you come back for maintenance I actually straightened the roots out.
