NEW Lace Frontal | Small Forehead | Start to Finish by @TTDoesitall

LaToya Kelly installs a bonded lace frontal on a client with a small forehead, spending 45 minutes tweezing and flat-ironing to blend the wave pattern. She learned from Arrogant Tay and King Onyx and now specializes in sew-ins and extensions, not natural hair work.

I feel like I start every YouTube video off with, hey, it's your girl TT Does It All, but I need something new. So for all my loyals and faithfuls, drop a comment, let me know what I should start out my video saying, because I want to say hi, but I guess I really don't need to say who I am because y'all know who I am by now because you clicked on the video, right? Okay. Anyway, so this is my client for the day and she is getting a lace frontal. And I contemplated not recording her hair because I was like, uh, I just record frontals now and everybody want frontals. And I've recorded this, but I was like, you know what, I'mma press record. And oh my God, look at the before and after! Yes, it came out so fire. I'm so happy I recorded because, oh my God. So she did say she is used to getting relaxers, and I told her based off of her texture and her hair, the quality, the grade of her hair, she needs to stop getting relaxers. She needs to let her hair grow out natural and leave it alone. Um, her hair is pretty damaged, so we got a routine, we going to stick to it, and we going to see what she's looking like a year from now, because I guarantee, stick with me, kid, and we'll get you growing out. But if you all don't know, my girl, my name is TT, and, um, I do sew-ins, extensions only. I don't do natural hair. The only thing I do to natural hair is blend it in with the sew-in if they get a leave-out. Okay, okay. So I am self-taught. I did do 3 classes now with 3 frontal perfectionists, and the last 2, a woman and a man, I learned everything I ever wanted to know from Arrogant Tay and King Onyx. And when I tell you, I perfected everything I know between the 2 of them and just trial and error, and I've been doing hair since I was a kid. So this was on my Snapchat, and this was the before side and the after side of tweezing Oh my God, I had my work cut out with this frontal. I was tweezing for like 45 minutes, but it usually does not take me long to tweeze, but I like to perfect it. So yeah, she initially, um, came in booked as a glueless lace frontal, but her hairline is so low I recommended her do a bonded lace frontal. Um, with the way her hairline sat, I didn't want to run into the folds, um, of the hairline coming up. I think the reason why it's so, um, plush to her head right now is because it's bonded down. Um, if you all are my pro membership people, you can see the inside and out of how I did it, um, on that page, but that is for my membership people only. Again, I paid a lot of money to perfect these installs, so, um, and I do this for a living. This isn't, you know, like a lot of YouTubers, they show everything they do because they only do it on their hair. I do this for money. I— this is my business. I do this for customers every day of my life, Sunday to Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Okay, I don't just do this to record a YouTube video. These people pay me, so Yeah, I have to really take my work serious, perfect my craft, and actually know what I'm doing on someone else's head. I have to— another thing you guys don't really think about, I have to be able to do this on someone's head that may be a different shape than mine, that may be a different color than mine, that may be just totally different. Because if you perfect it on your head, repetition and practice makes perfect. I can do it over and over and over on my head. Obviously, by the time I start creating YouTube videos, I'm just going to get better and better. But get it perfect on every client you do. That's what makes you dope to me. So drop a comment, let me know if you guys agree with me or not. To be able to do your own hair is one thing, but to be able to slay over and over and over someone with a small forehead, someone with a big forehead, someone who wants their big forehead to show, someone who wants to cover their big forehead and still look actually natural— that— those are the things that make a true sew-in slayer, okay? And that's what makes me me, okay? Watch, okay? But, um, yeah, I'm so happy I actually recorded this because it came out to be a lot more detailed than I expected. Um, her frontal, I did bleach the knots and tweez, and I did have to wash it, so the curl pattern of it definitely did not have the texture of the back. She did bring her own hair, and I will say she got her hair from Hair Maven or whatever that is that says if you go to them, they'll pay for the stylist to do your hair, but they have to be a stylist that sells their hair. And no, ma'am, because my frontal texture stays after being washed, and this hair did not. And if you will see, at first she was like she didn't want to style it or anything, leave it in its natural state, but I could not let her leave like that. I had to blend the frontal wave pattern in with the back, and you will see how I do that. If you want a tutorial on how I make the front wave pattern blend with the back with this flat iron only, drop a comment and I will show you. But you see, like, I was kind of finished. I was just like, okay, I'm gonna comb it in. Then I was like, yeah, no, because the front is so different from the back. Like, that wave pattern— watch when I bring it up. Oh, I think I skipped over that part, but if you're a pro member, I showed you when I brought it up. But this is me actually waving it and making it blend with the back because I just couldn't let my girl leave out like that. But it is so beautiful, it turned out perfect. And this is her first time coming to me, she was so nervous and excited at the same time. But I told her, girl, you know you in good hands, I'm gonna take care of you. And while I was doing her hair, we were watching the movie— I'm sorry, the TV series You on Netflix. And that's where her crazy expressions come from, because if y'all watch the the show New You on Netflix, y'all would know this little guy is crazy and be taking people out because he don't like them. Yeah, it's nuts. But, um, her hair came out so pretty and I was so happy to give her this look. I want to also help her maintain her hair underneath and get her to growing out, but as of right now, today, while we get her to that process, she looks like a freshly relaxed client and with no chemicals, okay? Look at that face. Yes! So if you all know, I'm on Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook. TT Does It All on everything. Facebook is TT Does My Hair. Drop a comment, let me know what y'all thought about this look. I loved it. I had so many people asking me on my social medias like, is this a relaxer? Like, no baby girl, that's her hair. But drop a comment if you have questions about video ideas, drop a comment and I will respond. Mind, I promise. But I'll see y'all in the next video.
