In this video LaToya Kelly showcases an ombre frontal wig look, describing the components (a 20‑inch natural‑color frontal and 22‑, 24‑, 26‑inch pre‑colored bundles) and how she dyed the frontal to match the bundles. She explains the use of a stocking cap under the frontal, detailing the only viable method to touch‑up an old cap—removing it entirely and sewing in a new one. LaToya lists the styling products she uses (baby hair cream, KeraCare wax stick, a darker cap) and why they work for her scalp. She provides an honest assessment of the hair’s condition: the bundles show end breakage from bleaching, while the frontal remains intact; the hair does not shed or tangle after the initial comb‑out. She offers care and styling advice—wash, condition, avoid heavy residue, consider bundle count and length, and be cautious when sleeping on the wig. Throughout she engages the audience with calls to subscribe, like, and comment, and shares personal preferences for ombre looks.

So everybody liked the last look, but this is my favorite. This look with the wig with ombre, I love it. What do y'all think? I think I look good with ombre. Oh yeah, this will be my next YouTube review. So for this look, I have a 20-inch frontal that was a natural 1B color. It didn't come ombre. I have the 22, 24, and 26-inch bundles that did actually come pre-colored. So if you see, it came with the ombre at the end. The frontal, I just dyed the frontal like this color, the brownish color, and not the really light blonde color because the frontal is shorter. Under this, I did actually put a cap under here so you can see like it looks really fleshed shown. And, um, oh, note about that. My clients have wondered if I use a cap under their frontal and when they come back for a touch-up, how will I actually do the touch-up? Like, how will I touch up the, um, stocking cap? And honestly, you can't really touch up the stocking cap. You'll have to cut it off and put a whole new one on. So that is a way to touch up when your frontal is old. And let's just say this was a sew-in. The only way to touch up that stocking cap underneath and to make it look new again is to cut it all the way out and put a new one all the way in. So that means like flopping the frontal back, putting the cap on, making the cap melt into your head, and cutting that back off, sewing it down, cutting it back off, and then putting your frontal back down on it. That is the only way. If you have not subscribed already, please hit that subscribe button. Okay, I appreciate you, each and every one of you. But if you have been following me, you will know that my baby hairs are laid with my baby hair cream, which is in the description below. And, um, yeah, what else? I use my KeraCare wax stick, which is also in the description. There's a link in the description. It's called a little— a lick a link or a list of things that I've used. So you click on that link and it'll take you to all the things that I use for my sew-ins. I use a darker cap. This is the color cap that I used, and a lot of people will be like, you high yellow, you need to use a yellow cap. But this worked perfect for my scalp. Like, if you see, it's perfect, it blended perfect. And if you look at the ends of the hair, the frontal I just did in a brown color. I didn't really do that super light like the ends. And the ends are like really light. So if you compare, compare, the frontal can go up that bright, but the root of it is brown. So I pretty much just did this, lifted this to the level that is here instead of all the way down. Of course, I don't have any hair out. If you all didn't know, my hair is red right now. So yeah, that wouldn't quite look right. I do have a video showing how I ombre my frontals to match the back hair. So yeah, let's get into the actual hair review. I didn't color the back, so the back came really blonde on the ends and then a brown and then the darker root. So I did not dye the back bundles, but the back bundles did have breakage. So I'm gonna be honest with you because this is the honest review. All my reviews are really honest. Um, the bundles did have breakage, and just like any other hair, like your real hair will feel after it's been bleached is how the ends felt. Now the frontal is perfect, and it might just be because I did not make the frontal as bright as these ends, but I could tell that the color did damage the hair. Now, is the hair still pretty and wearable and not shedding and tangling? Yes, I do not have tangling after the initial comb out while I was actually making my wig. I'm gonna quit saying actually, okay? After I combed out the wig from making it, I haven't had shedding since then. So whatever broke off will break off. So I do recommend when you get this hair to wash the hair, comb it really good, condition it really good, shampoo it again. Do not leave co-wash conditioner, or do not leave anything with residue in this hair because it will weigh it down, and it's already pretty light. It's 3 bundles, but it's already light. So you don't want— it's already light hair, like not heavy. If you put something on it like conditioner or grease that is really heavy, you're gonna look like you have like 3 strands in your hair. So could I have used 4 bundles? Absolutely. With the longer lengths, I do recommend people use longer or more bundles. Um, but that's just a personal preference for me. For some of you, you may be like, oh my God, that look is gorgeous. So some people like this to be cut. I don't want to cut it. I like it. I left it long on purpose. But honestly, I don't know how this hair would act if I had to sleep with it, just to be honest. Um, I would say just keep a paddle brush with you. It is not tangly, um, so I don't have that problem. But I feel like if you're sleeping and you're constantly moving— I sleep well, I'm sorry— if you're sleeping and you're constantly moving, then that may be a problem. This is one of my favorite wigs I have made, one of my favorite reviews, because the hair is just beautiful with the ombre. I'm like so addicted to ombre. And, um, let me know what you all thought.
