Hey everyone, it is your girl TT and I'm back with the promised frequently asked questions video for my Brazilian butt lift Dominican Republic. Dr. Yili, whatever experience you're wanting to know about, I'm here with all that information. Dr. Yili stood out above the other surgeons I came across, number one because of her incision scars, and that is something that I really looked at, and also the size of the ass. That's very important. When I looked at the size of the butts compared to other surgeons and how massive they were, hers looked more realistic and more natural, and that's what I was going for. I wasn't going for something unrealistic, I just wanted something that fit my frame, so I felt like her pictures really did that. And also the incisions. I've seen people with incisions like here and visible like two spots under their butt cheeks and above their butt cheeks, and I've seen them just too visible for my liking. So when I looked at the incisions of her clients, I never knew where they were. The only one that is something that I don't like is the one in the middle of my back, and you can see that one in the COVID of my last video. That is The only one that you will ever know where it is unless I told you where the other ones are. Her following, she had a lot of reviews. I mean, you can Google her, you can look at it, look her up on Instagram and Facebook and everything, and she has a lot of information. She has a lot of reviews, and that gets me to the second question. How was Dr. Yili? A lot of people have said that she's very mean. When people question you or they're like, I really wanted to look like this, I really want to look like that. I mean, after so long, it's like, I know what you want. You come to me because you've seen my work and you want a small waist and you want that 8 figures. So it's kind of like, come on, girl, let's get to it. And especially days that she has 10 clients— thank God that wasn't me— but if she does have 10 clients that day, she doesn't have time to sit around and sign autographs and talk to your mom about it in the United States and everything like that. So I understand kind of where she's coming from with being so straightforward sometimes, but with me, She was very personable, she was very nice to me, she gave me a hug when she met me, but I mean, she really was straight to business. When I had the loss of appetite and the slightly elevated white blood cells, she did, she was very attentive, she was back and forth with my massage therapist, hi Zara, she was back and forth with the recovery house, she was really attentive to me and she made sure that I was okay. When she came to marking me, that's another question, How many cc's did you get, or how much fat did you have sucked out or transferred? I have no idea. When she started marking me, it all happened so fast.
She just came on like, okay, let's take your clothes off.
Took my clothes off, and she's like, oh, right here, right here, right here. Okay, okay. And she said, oh, Mommy, your belly button, you have a, uh, what does she call it? I can't think of the name. I'll put it down. But she's like, I can fix that. I fix for you, okay? She's like, it's $500. You want? Yes. I say yes, hell yes. Like I might as well do everything that, that I can while I'm here. And I was just like, sure. So she marked up everything and she got me out of there, and it was very fast. When I— when she first started marking me, she asked me what I wanted, and I said the Brazilian butt lift, and I want the upper arms and inner thighs. So from that point, she knew where to start marking. I went to the DR over the United States because number one, you can get 4 things done for the price of 1 in the United States. I planned on having this surgery initially in Liberty, Missouri, which is really close to Kansas City, my hometown, and the surgeon was charging me, I think, $7,500, and that was just for liposuction and a fat transfer. And the more you added, of course, the more it costs. And not only do you cost— do you— does it cost more for the surgery section that he's taking liposuction from, but he was also charging for the anesthesia that would additionally be needed, whereas over there to add something else is an extra $300 versus $2,400, you know. So the price of course is a big thing why people go over there versus over here. A lot of people talk about, well, all the additional things that you'll get, like you, um, all the, all the other things that you'll have to pay for, like as far as a trip and the recovery house That's another thing. How was my recovery house? Honestly, with the way my body reacted to liposuction, I would have probably thought that I was near death if I was here because I would have went home to my mom or my sister and they wouldn't have known what to do. You know, they would have been like, oh my gosh, she's dying. They would have panicked too, but I was in the hands of people who had dealt with millions of people, millions, hundreds, I don't know. They've dealt with a lot of people who've also had the same procedure as me, so I didn't have to worry about Am I dying? Because they made sure that I was very comfortable. They made sure that I knew, no, within the first such-and-such, it's, it's normal to have a temperature, you know, it's normal. Your body has had so much. A lot of people say, well, did you really lose that much blood? I had all the fat sucked out of me. Like, there is no fat on top. Like, there is no fat on my back. There's no fat. Like, it's gone. So they really sucked a lot of fat out of me, and to have that all done at once with all the fat they sucked out of me and to lose all of that in the blood with it, like, it's just only common that you're gonna have complications. What would I— what advice would I give to someone else that's going there to have the surgery, or what is something that I would want someone to tell me that I didn't know? Honestly, I prepared I prepared myself for worst-case scenario, which is death. I know it sounds crazy, but I was like, hey, if I die, like, I want this person to know this and that person to know this, and I prepared for them to know it. They may not know that now until they see this video, but honestly, I did prepare. Um, and also, I only prepared myself for that, meaning that I did not prepare myself for what's to come after surviving the surgery. So after the surgery, I woke up like, oh shit, I'm up. Like, oh my God, like, uh, what? You know, like, I'm just looking around. And then like, as far as 1 month, 1 week, 1, 2 months, like, how is my body gonna be? When does the swelling stop? Those are the things that you need to be listening for. My swelling didn't stop. It still comes every now and then, and I am 2 weeks shy of 3 months. And they tell you to wear your compression garment for 3 months because you really will need it. Your body may look perfect to someone who doesn't know what your body will look like without swelling, but you will know your body is still swelling. Your skin still feels a little tight or sore right here, you know, like the numbness does not go away even in 2 months. My lower back is still numb. Do I use my lower back? No, but I mean, you just— the sensation there is not there, like if someone was to tap you on your lower back, you would have no clue. So it doesn't happen, but it's just small things like that that you really want to know. Um, and another thing that I would want someone to tell me is about the medications or the vitamins that they tell you to take prior to surgery. It's really important. I would even start taking it 2 months prior to surgery, which I did not do. I only did it 30 months, which is the recommended time to start, and they say no later than 2 months before— or no later than 30 days before your surgery. So that's what I did, and it got— honestly, my body was cool before that. Like, 6 months before that, I had the same blood work done with my doctor at home, and my hemo was great, everything was great. However, when you go into surgery, you don't want your body to be normal. You want your body to be stronger than normal so that you can fight off anything You know, like if your hemo level is a 13 and that's the minimum that they will accept, if it— it's going to drop with, with the surgery. So, you know, it's, it's best to get your body above and beyond your best health in order to get the surgery, which I did not do. Um, so a lot of people are like, oh my God, that's horrible, or oh my God, you shouldn't have had this, or blah blah. Like there was a lot of things that I didn't do on my end. Even as far as research. I just didn't know this, which is why I am making this video. I'm not making this video for my health. I'm not making this video because I want you guys to look at my new butt. I'm making this video because I don't want the next person to go out there unprepared like I did. Next question. So, um, so yeah, I hope that answered your question. I went to the DR, number one, because it was cheaper. Number two, Yuli is there and she's not here. And she's pretty the shit. And I booked my appointment 30 days before, like, so I didn't have to wait 2 years for this popular surgeon we all know. I didn't have to wait 2 years for someone else, you know, like, I was able to get in very fast. And then another thing is I was in the hands of caregivers that all knew what I was going through. They knew how to deal with my symptoms, they knew how to deal with my surgery and my body, my compression garments. My materials, and I would not have recovered the same if it weren't for them in my recovery house. So next question, how was the pain? Here's the thing, it's hard to ask someone like me how's the pain because my tolerance for pain is a zero. You pinch me and I'm pissed because I'm just going to be red there forever, and it hurts. Like, I feel like my body is sensitive. I bruise easily. Like, I just I'm sensitive, I don't like pain, period, point blank, I don't like pain, so I'm the worst person to ask. However, there were things that were horrible to me. The drain was horrible, thank God they took it out in 7 days. It wasn't horrible 24/7, it's not like every second of the day I was walking around like, oh, I'm in so much pain, but it was enough to where you sit down and get up, which was painful. Thank God I sat around a lot, but it was painful. I took a lot of medicine to keep me asleep so I could sleep through the first 3 days, which they say is the worst. But until they took the drain out, that's how long my pain lasts. And other people, again, do not have this same situation. There were other girls in the recovery house who were fine getting out of surgery. There were other girls in the recovery house who on day 3 were walking laps back and forth. So your tolerance and my tolerance is not the same, so please do not think that your pain is going to be my pain level. Would I do it again? Hell no, I would not do this shit again. There's no way I would get liposuction on top of what I've already gotten. If I can't stay my hungry behind off of eating crazy, or if I can't get my butt in the gym and keep this and maintain this, then That's kind of a personal problem, I don't know, I can't, no, I would not do this again and I would not do this again because I have a low tolerance for pain and I am a big baby. So, now would I take it back? No, I would not, people would say like if you can go back and do it all over again, would you? Yes, and I wouldn't do it over what I already have. I wouldn't take back my procedure at all, I love my results, I love my body and I'm totally happy with the results even though I didn't tell her what to do or how big to to go or how small to go, how small to, how small to go or whatever. I feel like she did a perfect job and I'm totally happy with my body inside and outside of clothes. Could I sit on my butt? Yes, I only sat on my butt. I only sat, laid on my back. I never laid on my stomach. I never not sat down on my butt. I was always on my butt. Um, Dr. Yili, that's another positive thing about her. Someone told me, and I don't know how true this is, but word on the street is that she inserts it underneath the muscle to where the fat survives anyway. I don't know if that matters. I don't know, I'm not a surgeon nor am I medically licensed in any form, but, um, whatever she did, I've sat on my butt for 3 months and My butt is still there. It's still big. It's still round. It's not deformed. It doesn't have lumps in it. It's perfectly fine. So maybe you guys want to ask her what she did when you email her or send her a message because I don't know, but I could sit on my butt from day one. Did I go alone? Now I arrived to the Dominican Republic by myself, but I flew one of my good friends out there and she came the day they released me from the hospital. She was at the hospital when they released me. Me, and she left, um, in 5 days. So she stayed in the Dominican Republic with me for 5 days. So no, I was not completely alone. Another question that I get pretty often is, was I nervous, um, to get the surgery? No, I think anybody who's adamant about getting this surgery is extremely excited, and I was extremely excited. I was just ready to get it over with and ready to be on the other side. Of the healing process. Like, I was just ready to be done. So no, I was not nervous. I'll tell you about when they rolled me into surgery. My surgery, they rolled me in and one guy was putting the anesthesia, he was kind of looking for the vein in my hand and I'm like, no, no, no. They usually go here because the vein is a lot more visible, like it just is, it's just there. On this arm it's not there, it's just more visible there. So I was like, usually they go over here and he's like, well usually they don't know what they're doing like I do and I said, oh, okay. So he just does what he does in the first shot, so I'm laying there looking up and he's putting, injecting something which is probably the anesthesia into the bag and then there's this man over here and he's like playing with my lashes, which I get a lot of people who compliment me on my lashes and I'll shout out my lash tech, hey Sherry, but she does a really good job. So a lot of people are like, oh my God, your lashes. So I was just laying on the table and oddly he was fascinated with my lashes and he was awesome at what he did. So I just slowly fell asleep and it was over. I just woke up like, I made it. I'm still alive. So I wasn't nervous. I think I was more nervous about going through customs. I was more nervous about going through customs because people scare the crap out of me. If you don't have medicine that's in your name, they're going to take you down. And if you don't have this and if you don't have that, like, you better make sure your ID is in hand and make sure you got your passport in hand and make sure you don't put it down. 'cause little kids gonna rob you in the airport. So I was more nervous about getting through customs and getting into the Dominican Republic safely versus the surgery, which is odd, but whatever, that's just the truth. Someone asked me on my first video or second, I don't remember, what is my blood type? And I don't think that's important to my subscribers. In my, one of my videos, you guys will see when I learned my blood type. Um, I thought that they were telling me that I had AIDS and they were just telling me what my blood type was, and I was like, oh, okay, okay. So yeah, but what my blood type is, I don't think that's important. It's not an odd one, it's not a unique one. I don't know, it's just normal. Okay, anywho, anyway, anywho, whatever. As far as my body's recovery, when I got back home, I have a massage therapist that I use Hi Monique! And I'll put her information in the description below, but she is also a personal trainer, so I've done personal training with her and I've also done massages with her. But when I got home, I couldn't like move my arms like all the way up. I couldn't like touch the back of my head. I couldn't like put my hands behind my, my back. Like I couldn't do anything because of the tightness that was throughout here from the liposuction. After my massage, oh my God, like my mom will tell anyone who asks, I was like moving around. I'm like, I could drive, I feel good. I'm like, not too much, but it just helped me move a lot more. My body was a lot more able to stretch and there was just so much I could do. So I was so happy about the massage. She did an awesome job and they are a necessity. Um, and the last thing I want to give you all is information on your compression garment. A lot of people will try to buy a compression garment before they go to the Dominican Republic for their stage 2. I do not recommend it, honestly. Um, I bought a small because I was like, hell, if I'm a large now, when I get back I'm gonna be a small. But your ass is not gonna be a small, and you're gonna have this full body compression garment that is sucking the life out of your ass and your legs and your hips. And it's perfectly fine up here, but down here it's terrible. So in the Dominican Republic, when Gilly gives you your compression garment, the first one, which does come with your surgery, She recommends when you go back to your recovery house, they send your compression garment off to get taken in on the top half. So my compression garment is even still a large. However, the top half was taken in so tight that it's probably like an extra small because my top half is very small. So yeah, I hope you all have enjoyed my videos because I have only put the information in here so that you guys can decide if this is something that you want to do based off of 100% facts. I'm not lying to you, I'm not giving you something that the surgeon doesn't want me to know or doesn't want you to know. Like, I'm giving you all of the information. So yeah, you guys, thumbs up this video, make sure you subscribe to the channel, share with your friends, that's what it's here for, and comment below. Let me guys know if you like, dislike, what do you guys think Did I scare you off? Are you amped now? Like, just let me know. But all right guys, thanks for watching my channel. See you later. How do you like my makeup? Oh my God, I did it myself and I did some highlighting. I don't do highlighting because I'm scared I'm gonna look like a light bulb, but I think I might have did okay. And y'all, y'all like my wig? Look, oh child, honey, the power of wigs, honey. Yes, don't, don't come pull my hair off, okay? Because I will fight you. Yeah, I like it. I'll see y'all on the flip side. I look all wholesome today. I look all wholesome. Don't I look all just friendly and nice? Y'all know I'm ratchet. PT is a ratchet, okay?
So this is the highly anticipated before and after pictures. I was just showing, look at my love handles and my sides, like before and after. It's so ridiculous. Don't judge me, I'm crazy. Y'all know I'm goofy. But everybody was like, girl, I can't see no difference, you look the same. So I'm like, well, here's the before and afters. These are swimsuits that I had and I wore in Miami with cover-ups, and finally I look normal with them on. Like, it's, it's just ridiculous, you guys. Like, um, I'm sure you can see the difference before and after. I just had the arms, you can see the arms really good right here, and, um, with the inner thighs, I don't think you all will notice it. It's, it's something that I noticed, but you all may not notice it. But, um, yeah, I love my results. I love Uli. You guys, make sure you check out all of the information in the description below and subscribe.
