Stylist LaToya Kelly installs invisible K-tips on kinky-straight hair to add length and volume while keeping a natural look. The extensions work on hair as short as 8 inches and create a fuller style that doesn't read as a wig. Kelly offers consultations in St. Louis or virtually to match the extensions to your hair health and goals.

This client has 11 inches at the top and about 8 inches at the lower half, and we are going to install some invisible K-tips today. We're doing a kinky straight texture, and we are showing you the before in the front and how it just fills it out and gives it just fullness. That is the intent of K-tips, just to fill out what's there, to add length, and to add some volume. So as you see, in the natural state of the kinky straight, she has so much hair, but once I straighten it, it's more settled down and it's perfect. If it's the density of her hair, it looks like she literally just woke up and styled her hair. It's not supposed to look like a wig. It's not supposed to look like, oh my gosh, I just got a full install done. It's supposed to look like she woke up like this, and that is my goal. And most of my clients, that's their goal too. You want even fuller, even longer? If it's healthy enough for your hair, we gonna do it, sis, because I aim to please.. I love giving my clients the wow factor. I love giving them exactly what they ask for, which is why consultations are required for K-tips, so I can know exactly what your goal is, what you're trying to achieve, and make sure that it's healthy for your hair. So if you want your K-tips installed, hit me up. My phone number is on the video. I'm located in St. Louis, Missouri, and a consultation can be virtual or in person. So schedule now on my website, and I'll see you soon.
