AI is not scary. It’s useful when used correctly.

In this YouTube video, Javier Torres argues that AI is a powerful multiplier rather than a job‑stealer, emphasizing that success favors speed and AI can dramatically accelerate execution. He walks through seven industry‑specific use cases—authors, entrepreneurs, churches/ministry, brand owners, personal branding, AI video production, and agencies/creative teams—showcasing concrete workflows, tools, and tips he uses with his clients. For authors, he recommends feeding transcripts of past content into large language models to create co‑authoring capabilities. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to use AI for strategy, communication, and “brain‑dump” voice sessions with ChatGPT. Pastors can repurpose sermons into multiple content formats using tools like Opus Clip, SubMagic, and automated onboarding via ManyChat. Brand owners can generate AI‑driven designs, mockups, and photo/video shoots with Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, and other generative models, saving money and time. Personal brands can create AI‑enhanced headshots and avatars, leveraging Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney. AI video generation is highlighted with a client example of a fully AI‑produced concert clip. Finally, agencies are shown how Notion AI, Zoom AI, and other automation tools enable small teams to operate at scale. Throughout, Torres stresses feeding high‑quality data to AI, avoiding confirmation‑bias loops, and treating AI as a “second brain.” He ends with a call to action—subscribe, comment, contact his studio, and a closing prayer.

You will get left behind. AI is coming for your job unless you learn how to use it. Success loves speed, and AI is the fastest multiplier of leverage for you to be able to accelerate. If you learn how to use AI properly, it's not going to replace you. It's actually going to multiply you. What's going on, guys? My name is Javier Torres, and I help authors, pastors, entrepreneurs, visionaries, leaders, just like you execute on their dreams, turning your message into a movement, your vision into reality. And in this video, I'm going to be breaking down my favorite AI use cases across 7 specific industries. These aren't just theories. These are actual ways I'm helping my clients win in today's AI world, starting with number one, authors. If you watched my last video about publishing your own book, it's going to be a bit of a refresher. But if you're new to the channel, welcome. This is one of the topics that we definitely talk about. But in the last video, we talked about using ChatGPT to be your co-author. One of the best ways to be able to execute this is by teaching it to speak like you. If you're a pastor, If you're a podcaster, if you have a lot of content out there, what I suggest is using apps like Descript or Premiere Pro's transcription, or I'm sure there's even ways in YouTube to be able to download the transcript. I think through Gemini, it could help you find the transcript for your YouTube videos, download that into a Word doc, into a PDF, and feed that into your large language model. The more information you give it, the better it's going to get. If you get good stuff coming in, good stuff's gonna come out. If you're just feeding it junk and little shorts and clips, it's not gonna do that well for you. I honestly suggest if you have a lot of videos where you could pull the way that you speak, it's gonna help you fill in a paragraph, fill in a chapter, be able to help you write your book. It's gonna help think just like you, and that's the name of the game. It's not taking the thinking for you is just multiplying exactly who you are. And I think this is a hack with AI that any author can use right now. Number 2 is for entrepreneurs. If you're an entrepreneur, a founder, or a business owner, AI isn't here to replace you. It's actually here to help you think clearer and move faster. Like I said in the opening of my video, Success loves speed. And in a world that is high-paced, fast-moving, fast-thinking, AI is able to help you execute ideas quicker. I use AI all the time to think through strategies, frameworks, messaging, next steps. Heck, I even use AI to help me script this very video. One big use case is communication. Drafting emails faster, writing proposals, scope of work, cleaning up client communications. The list goes on and on. Just like I said in point number 1, the more the AI knows you, the better it's going to be to be able to help you reproduce and be that second brain for you. What I love to do is actually use the voice mode on ChatGPT and just do what I like to call brain dumps where I'm giving it 5, 10, 15 minutes of dialogue, telling it the way that I think, kind of, you know, having it go a little bit of back and forth, creating dialogue. I call this the ChatGPT voice mode as my AI bestie. There's definitely things that I love with other language models, but I think ChatGPT is the best for being able to talk to you like a friend, like a human. But this can be a narcissist's worst enemy because you could get into an AI confirmation biased loop that I don't want you to go into. So one of the key tips is this, asking it to review the way that you think, give you other alternative perspectives, test your thinking, test the way that you're looking at it. I think if you do that, it's going to help you think through things quicker. It's going to understand your frameworks. Even for me, when I, when I came up with the design or excuse me, the CERN design deploy framework. It was just me talking it through with ChatGPT. Like, this is what I like to do. This is my process. This is the way I work with clients. And I know that it could help you create your own frameworks. If you're an entrepreneur and you're not really using AI yet, you're playing on hard mode. Once I know you start intentionally using this, it's going to feel like a cheat code in all the best ways. The next use case is this for churches, pastors, and ministries. Just like for entrepreneurs, it being your second brain. This could be one of your C-suite executives. Not really, but sorta. I think it definitely could understand the way that you have your org chart, the way that you think as a pastor, your guys' core values, and your ministry's main objectives. One of the coolest things is with churches, you guys have sermons every single week and multiple sometimes a week, turning those into 5 to 10 different pieces of content, whether that be carousels, whether that be small sermon clips with things like Opus Clip or SubMagic. And even I know that Riverside actually is doing an AI chopping of video where it actually gives you a score on virality, whether it's from 0 to 100, chopping up different clips for you and making it easier for your team to be able to turn your message into a movement. Another couple cool use cases I think could be with automatic messaging, whether that's using things like ManyChat to be able to automate your onboarding process. That's something I really haven't seen too many churches do, but I believe in 2026 it's going to be a game changer where someone's able to follow your Instagram page, get an automatic message, learn about what their next steps are, get them into a life group, plug them into the life of the church. AI should not be something that the church is afraid of. It should be something that they're leveraging to further the gospel faster. Next is this for brand owners. I've had my own brand, Vintage Jesus Tees, and the in-house brand Modern Revival for the last 5 to 6 years. And AI has come such a long way where I definitely think you're able to turn the ideas you have in your head into actual wearable garments. I've, I've used AI design for clients like Native Supply, stuff for my own brand where before you used to use stock imagery, now you could create it from scratch. There was one that I did of a lamb. It says worthy is a lamb. And I wanted just like a lamb in a certain position and I couldn't find it online. So I ended up making one with AI and messing it up in Photoshop. And that was just a really cool use case to be able to use it. There's so many use cases for using AI with your brand, whether that's doing AI models, AI photo shoots, mockups, designs, emails, Klaviyo, Shopify automation. The list goes on and on. I think for anything that AI is actually gaining traction on, it's going to be used for commerce, for brands, brand owners. I want to encourage you to double down. You're going to save so much money from doing AI photo shoots, AI video shoots. The quality is finally there. I promise you, when, you know, even 6 months ago, the AI photos and videos were not up to par. I'm telling you, it's finally there. Start learning how to use this yourself to be able to implement some of your crazy ideas, but also partnering with AI creative directors who know how to execute on your dream is going to be a game changer. I touched on it a little bit with those who own their own brand, but what about for personal Branding. Yes, AI photo shoots exist. Using programs like Midjourney is really cool to be able to come up with conceptual ideas, but the real game changer right now is Nano Banana Pro. This is the Photoshop killer, so much so that Photoshop is licensing Google Nano Banana Pro into Photoshop to be able to do AI retouches. It actually helped me do my own headshot. I'll put it up here. This is the photo, the first photo taken in a photo booth here right upstairs at the coffee shop. And then here is the retouched photo I'm using as my headshot. With Nano Banana Pro, I was able to prompt it in such a way where it didn't feel like it was taken in a photo booth. It actually felt like it was professional headshot. I did it. It took a couple renditions for it to be You know, taking out the little blemishes that I have, but honestly, super cool. And I think if you're a personal brand and you're doing photo shoots, this is just a game changer. I've actually used it for clients that are doing even international work. I'm working with someone by the name of Jessica Sanchez, and she's actually a new mother and she's not able to do as many photo shoots as she once did. So we did an AI avatar. Mocked up her face to be able to shoot in all different angles. I created a full-on AI avatar and now we're doing AI photo shoots wearing like the dopest, you know, clothing in the dopest locations and the possibilities are endless. So I definitely recommend learning how to use Nano Banana Pro. That's Google's model to be able to touch up photos. I still like Midjourney. I'm hoping that their AI model is going to take off. I don't use it as often, but I think Midjourney is a really cool way to be able to like get multiple, multiple ideas. They actually have a fast mode that you're able to go through ideas quicker. And I actually think Facebook's AI uses Midjourney's models. Very cinematic. It's very cool. If it's something you want me to do a deep dive on, drop it in the comments. I might do it on another one. But yeah, if you're a personal brand, you definitely want to be using photo shoots in AI to be able to leverage your time And be able to do the greatest and best ideas. The next one is this, just like AI photo shoots, AI video shoots are a real thing. Going back to my client, Jessica Sanchez, she's actually doing a show at the Araneta Coliseum on May 16th in Manila in the Philippines. And we actually did, let me see, I'll put a quick clip. It's not fully announced yet. So, uh, yeah, but this is a little bit of the video. You'll see that it actually has, uh, the arena there. It shows her on stage. All this was AI generated. And I think if you have not started tapping into the power of AI video, you are behind. I have some other great friends who are doing amazing, you know, uh, photo shoots, video shoots. Guys are doing Oakley and Yeti videos. I have some homies who are doing stuff with like the NBA. The possibilities are endless and we're just getting started. And just like I said with the photo AI, it got so much better within the last 3 to 6 months where before you kind of had to finesse it with a filter for it to look possible. That is not the case right now. AI, you know, models look real. The videos look like actual videos and it's going to be scary. This is the worst it will ever be. Hear me again. AI video right now is the worst that it'll ever be. It's only going to get better and better. It's only going to get faster, clearer, sharper, cooler. And yeah, if you're not on the train, you're getting left behind. You are definitely playing on hard mode. Agencies and creative teams. If you're an agency and you have not adopted AI, what are you doing? It is the biggest no-brainer in history. Just like Facebook ads in 2024, 2027, when you were printing money, that's what's going on right now with AI. Things are getting so much faster, so much better. I use it on a daily basis and it makes my life better. I use Notion as my Javier Torres Studios HQ and Notion AI is no joke. It actually breaks down all of my meetings that I have, gives me tasks, and I'm able to import them into my Notion HQ with my clients in the way that, you know, needs to be done. And it's so really, really, really cool. It's so cool. Even Zoom AI is like a really cool thing where it breaks down, it does a companion, I think it's AI companion where it breaks down your whole meeting, breaks it down into tasks. It actually really understands who's speaking, what they were trying to say, and The next steps moving forward. So this is just really cool. I think all agencies are probably already using AI, but if you're not, you are left behind already. No longer are the days where you need 100 people. You could start making a powerful agency with such a small group of people. AI doesn't replace agencies. It actually separates the good ones From the great ones. Like I said early on in the video, success loves speed. And right now there's no faster way. This isn't everything I do. This is just a quick surface level breakdown. If you want me to do a deeper breakdown on workflows, how I actually use it with real world clients, subscribe to the channel and let me know in the comments. If you watched all the way to the end of this video, Thank you so much. I really appreciate you. Send this out. Like, comment, subscribe.
