Facebook Advertising Advice: How To Make Your Ads Work?

In this live stream, Hernan Vazquez shares practical insights on Facebook advertising drawn from his experience working with industry leaders Frank Kern and Grant Cardone. He emphasizes that advertising must be continuous and frequent to build brand awareness, as most people are unaware of a business. He argues that market saturation is a myth; new consumers constantly enter the marketplace, so sustained ad exposure is essential. Vazquez highlights that time and consistency improve ad performance, warning against abandoning campaigns after short‑term results. He references a simple advertising formula (goodwill + offers × frequency = money) and encourages viewers to join his free Facebook group for deeper guidance, follow Frank Kern, and leverage platforms like YouTube as brand assets.

All right, looks like we're live. What is up everybody? Welcome to this live stream from the channel. It's been a while since I uploaded a video for you guys, so you know, I was kind of procrastinating over this week. I was like, should I upload a video? Well, I don't have the correct lighting. I'm in my new house, my new home office, and all that stuff. And you know what? It was all mental trash, so I decided to just go live. Go do it, you know. And this is the best way to do it actually, is just go live on a channel. So if you're having any issues creating content for your business, creating content for your page, for your YouTube channel, for whatever that is, just go live. Go live, baby. And that will, you know, that will put you on the spot right away. So anyways, what's up everybody? This is Hernan Vazquez. If you're new to the channel, welcome. Thank you for being here. If you have been around for a while, thank you for your support. It's been a while since I uploaded a video. A couple months actually, and there's been a reason for that. And the reason for that is that, uh, for most of this year, uh, since March to, um, I think it was November, I was working on a really big project among some other things that I do. But I was working on a really, really big project with, uh, Frank Kern and Grant Cardone, and I helped them building their digital marketing agency, and it was pretty, pretty cool. And something that I learned from actually being exposed to these folks that, you know, they're big, they're really, really big on their spaces. And something that I've learned actually being surrounded by them and working with them one-on-one was the fact that you can never, never stop advertising and you can never stop pushing forward. So here's a little bit of advice based off of what I learned about them. And I see it seems to be true. As we move forward and as you keep on growing and trying to grow your business. It doesn't really matter if you're trying to get your new client, a new client, or if you're trying to grow your e-commerce store, or maybe you're trying to grow your, your group. Whatever it is that you're trying to do right now, there's a couple of things that you need to understand in order to make your ads work better, right? And the first thing that you need to understand is that 98% of people out there They do not know who you are, all right? At this point, at this point in time, if you ask about who Frank Kern is or who Grant Cardone is or who Gary Vaynerchuk is or who this and that are, there's a high chance that you will get people saying, well, I don't know who they are. And believe me when I'm telling you that we have been spending millions of dollars on advertising there, but for some reason, people, they do not know who they are. So what happens is that at our scale, right? If we dwindle it down, if you lower the ad spend, and if you lower the amount of effort that you're putting out promoting your business, the reality is that most people, they don't know who you are. They haven't heard about your business. They haven't been exposed to your messaging. And that will happen 99% of the time. Even if you're spending millions upon millions of millions of dollars. Think about this for a minute. Coca-Cola, it's still advertising. And you can argue that Coca-Cola is one of the biggest brands in the world. McDonald's, it's still advertising, right? So these are big, like huge brands, and they have hundreds of millions of dollars to spend on advertising, and still they keep on doing it. And the reason why is because they understand that A, they need to create awareness, right? They need to be always on top of mind. And B, there will be some people that do not know who they are. Okay, now think about this for a minute as well. There are millions, I would say maybe hundreds of thousands of people, millions for sure every year, but hundreds of thousands and thousands of people every week coming into the marketplace. Okay, think about how many people are getting their first credit card today. Think about how many people are getting their first job today. Think about how many people are graduating from school today. Think about how many new companies are being created today, or how many people are getting a promotion. So that means that there's a lot of new people that will need your products and services. Think about how many entrepreneurs are launching their first ad today, right? So that is, that is actually great news. And the reality is that no matter how much money you spend on ads, you will never get to all of your marketplace, okay? There's physically impossible for you to saturate a marketplace. And the reason why we think sometimes that our market might be saturated is because of the fact that we're always always exposed to our message. Something that I learned from Grant, from Grant Cardone, was the fact that he was saying, listen, you will get tired of your messaging, you will get tired of your product and service a million times faster than the marketplace will ever be. And the reason why is because, again, we're always exposed to our own messaging, we're always exposed to our own product. The marketplace is not. All right, so something that you need to understand when you're advertising, when you're putting your content out there, if you want to make it work, is that time makes advertising better. The reason why is because, again, people take time for— to trust you, to like you, to know who you are and whatnot. So for instance, this YouTube channel, I haven't been advertising it in a long time, but yet it has become an asset for my brand. So people know who I am, who I am because of my YouTube channel. And this YouTube channel only has like 4,000 subscribers. Might seem like a lot for a lot of people, might seem like a little for a lot of people, But it doesn't matter, it's still an asset. That is, you know, I put together a video and then it gets downloads, it gets shared, it gets views and whatnot. So that is something to consider when you're advertising. Times and commitment and frequency makes things so much better and it makes things work over the long run, okay? A lot of advertisers are like putting out an ad today and then a week later and $100, in the red, they would say, well, this didn't work, I'm out. Okay, and that's not how advertisers work. What's up, Duplessis? You got it, my man, I got you. So anyways, I just wanted to drop by. If you wanna— if you wanna learn more about all of this stuff, there's a free Facebook group somewhere around here so you can join. It's hernanvasquez.com/facebook, and there's going to be a link somewhere around here. I recommend that if you haven't heard about him, go and follow Frank. Frank Kern, okay, with a K, K-E-R-N. If you're into any— into marketing, you should know him already. But if you don't, uh, go follow him because he's, he's, he's the real deal, okay? He's the real deal. And something that he will say is that, um, goodwill, uh, plus offers times frequency equals money. Something that, you know, it has taken me a long time to actually go out of my way and advertise enough, okay? So some of you guys, or some of us guys— I'm guilty of this as well— are not advertising enough to see a good result. All right, so don't get discouraged. Again, if you launch an ad, if you spend like $100 and nothing happens, maybe it gets a couple likes, maybe you get a couple clicks, it's normal at the beginning. Advertising and time— time makes advertising better. All right, so a little bit of a rant here.
