In this informal vlog, Hernan Vazquez discusses why passion is the critical fuel for building and sustaining an online (or offline) business. He argues that while the cliché "follow your bliss and money will come" is often misunderstood, genuine passion is necessary to endure the long hours, grind, and setbacks inherent in entrepreneurship. Vazquez warns that pursuing a business solely for money leads to burnout and a higher likelihood of quitting for a 9‑to‑5 job. He advises entrepreneurs to focus on work they love, delegate tasks that don’t excite them, and keep their enthusiasm high to inspire their team. The video also serves as a format experiment, asking viewers for feedback on the low‑budget, phone‑camera style. He ends with a call to like, subscribe, and comment.

Hey everybody, what's up? On this video we're gonna talk about passion in your online business. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here. Welcome to another video, and you guys seem to have liked the other video that I made with the shitty camera on my cell phone, so this is another super professional video with shitty quality because you guys asked for it. And, you know, I'm just trying new formats so that you guys don't get bored and, you know, you don't send me hate email or you try to hunt me down and kill me. So my idea here is to try, you know, some different formats. Just let me know how do you like this one below, okay? So usually when you're making videos, it's way easier to make them on the cell phone because you can make them impromptu. So that's basically what I'm trying to do here. Now today I just wanted to talk a little bit about passion and passion in particular on your online business. Now I know that this is kind of a cliché and you have heard about it and it doesn't really make any sense when you hear about it, you know, just follow your bliss, follow your passion and money will come, but the reality is that Let's say that you love sleeping siesta or that you love eating tacos. It's kind of hard to monetize those kind of activities, okay? But the point here is that when you're actually making something for the money or for the opportunity, there's a ton of work involved in launching your online business, your offline business, in making your business be successful. There's a ton of time, work, effort, difficulties. There's a ton of grinding, there's a ton of hustle, uh, involved when launching your online business and when becoming an entrepreneur, okay? You can actually see, you know, you see those one-hit wonders or those millionaire overnights, and the truth is that it doesn't happen that way, okay? It will take you some time, it will take you some effort to actually start making your first money online and then scale upon that. And there's a bunch of things that you need to learn before you actually are in the position of, you know, being out there and making money. Now, now with that being said, having in mind that there's a ton of effort involved, having in mind that there's a ton of things going on and it's kind of difficult to scale your business and to make it— to grow it to the next level, if you're only for the money There's a big probability that you will throw the towel when things get tough, and they will get tough, and you will feel— be feeling to quit, and you will need to put the hours, etc. So if you're just doing it for the money and you're not passionate about what you're doing, you will be more prone to say, fuck it, I'm out of here, and then go and get a 9-to-5 job, okay? And that's not the idea. The idea is that you follow your passion because that's the only fuel that will keep you grinding 10, 12, 14, 16 hours a day, Monday through Monday, or Monday through Saturday, or whatever your schedule is, through the years. Because building a business takes time, it takes, you know, following, it takes consumers, clients, it takes a ton of time, and the only way that you can actually wake up excited every time besides the, you know, the downturns and besides the failures, etc., is by following your passion. So basically, if you want to become a real successful entrepreneur, there's no other way. I mean, literally, you need to follow your passion. You must follow your passion in order to be successful and to actually make your business worthwhile and scale it as much as you can. All right, so that would be my advice. It's not like a guru kind of thing. It's not like follow your bliss and, and money will come, or, you know, focus yourself on attracting the good things, which, you know, all of those things, they had— they do have a place. I'm not hating on those, uh, things, but the reality is that building a business do require the fun, the, the fuel of passion. And you need to have that really dialed down in order for your business to be successful. Okay guys, so if you're in a business that you're not completely passionate about, or that you have lost your passion or your, your commitment, your enthusiasm for that business, make sure that you're firing that passion up, that you are trying to Make some things that will, that you will be passionate about in your business and try to delegate as much as possible those things that really do not excite you as an entrepreneur because you're the blood, you're the brains, and you're pretty much the life of your business. And if you're not passionate about it, it's kind of hard for your people, your team to be passionate about it. And if you're not harder, you're not working harder, at least at the beginning, Harder than everyone else, it's kind of hard to put it together. All right guys, so have that in mind. Uh, let me know if this is a format that you will like most than the usual camera videos. I will still make those, but let me know if this is a format that you like it, uh, a bit better.
