So I don't know why I don't really talk about this that much, but I wrote a book. It's called Low Ticket Profits, and you can get it on Amazon, or if you go to lowticketbook.com, you can get a free copy. All you need to do is to pay for shipping. Um, but here's the reason why I wrote this book. Okay? At the beginning of last year, I walked away from my agency. I gave my share to my partner, and I had to basically start over. And one of the things that I learned by working with some of the biggest names in the digital marketing industry What's the power of a low-ticket offer? Uh, like a book, for example, or a mini course. And, uh, you know, it didn't really click for me until I actually implemented it and I created a course called the Rapid Scale Framework. It was a $5 course that I just decided to launch and test, and something really weird and really cool and really interesting, which I'm about to share with you what that looked like. So let me actually share my screen because this is super cool. As you can see here, this is one of my ad accounts. I manage several ad accounts, but this is one of my personal ad accounts. And if you take a look at the dates right here, right? So January 1st to December 31st, 2025, I spent a total of $207,000, $207,043.23 across the entire ad account. Okay? So I spent that and this was mostly 99% of this budget went to low-ticket offers. In fact, if I show you the campaigns, you can see that I was running, or if I show you the amount spent rather, I was running on a lot of low-ticket offers, right? So these are almost all of these was low-ticket offers, right? I did some branding ads. I did some other stuff, you know, just to test. I do test a lot of stuff, but most of these ad spend was going to low-ticket offers and specifically this framework right here. Last year I spent $32,000 on this framework alone. So here's the interesting part, right? At the beginning of last year, I started testing and I knew that low-ticket offers work really well to generate clients and whatnot. But the funny and interesting part is that, you know, I spent $207,000 during that period of my own money and I generated 20,000 leads and 5,800 buyers. Right? So these are buyers. These are actually people giving me money, whether it is $5, $17, $27, $97. I have a, a whole slew of these, uh, programs and these products just running around. But here's the interesting part. What really happened, and that's why it was a big eye-opener for me, is that if I take a look at my Stripe account, this is the Stripe account that is connected to that business right there. During that same period, as you can see here, January 1st, To December 31st, I actually made $223,000. So I got paid. I got actually paid $23,000 in revenue. I got paid to actually build this list of buyers and leads. And if you know this, if you don't know this, I'm telling you, but if you know this, you would know that a buyer is worth 10 to 100 times more than a lead. But here's the interesting part is that on Stripe, I actually separate my payment processing, right? I separate my pre— payment processing because every single cent that I make out of these low-ticket offers, it goes back into the ad account immediately. So this money right here went to its own ad account, and then from that ad account, from, um, it went to its own bank account, and then from that bank account, I actually connected the bank account to the ad account so that that machine keeps on turning and keeps on running, right? So that's the super interesting part. So this doesn't, you know, include any backend stuff that could be, you know, my community, Rapid Scale Mastery. It could be my low-ticket accelerator. It could be my one-on-one consulting. It could be, you know, my done-for-you services. That doesn't include any of this. During 2025, I made around $800,000. Out of these buyers and sales and leads that came my way. So if you think about it, that gives you a really specific and unique position because I didn't really pay for this traffic. This traffic was completely for free. These 20,000 leads that I generated during that time and those 5,800 buyers that I generated, I got them for free and I actually pocketed a little bit of money. By actually doing this. And that's not even the, the, the coolest part. The coolest part is that of course all of these buyers came in and bought other stuff, right? As you can see here, I generated 719 subscribers. You can see here, this is for my $37 a month newsletter. So that's some recurring revenue right there. Right now my recurring revenue is around $36,000 in recurring revenue, right? So if I stop my ads, that comes out still at the end of the month. But the interesting part is all of the brand awareness that I got. I'm not a, you know, I, I'm not a, a, a social media guy, but as you can see here, during that same time, same period, I got 45 million impressions and 194,000 clicks. Now that's why I really truly believe the power of low-ticket offers. Now, low-ticket offers, they work in a really specific way. Instead of just asking for, you know, a random stranger over the internet to give you $5,000 after just meeting you, just knowing you. You know, you should sell them something that can really help them out, like a book or a mini course or a workshop or a guide or prompts or a little tool. And then you try to ascend them. You try to have, you know, order bumps and upsells during that process so that people can give you more money and you can liquidate ad spend. The main point of low-ticket offers is liquidation. It's not to make money out of a book unless you're Paulo Coelho. You know, or Tony Robbins, you're not gonna make money out of a book. The main point of a book is to, you know, get somebody really qualified to come and buy your book, and then eventually, you know, you ascend them and you sell them something else. But most businesses don't operate like that. Like that, most businesses, they have to wait. They have to wait for, you know, for days, for months, for sometimes years to actually liquidate their ad spend. And I remember I had this client once. uh, SaaS business, super deep pockets, uh, VC-backed. They have millions of dollars that they could spend on ads. And, um, and they came to me and they say, you know what, Hernan, if you can create a campaign for us and we break even in 2 years, we're fine. Imagine that. Imagine breaking even in 2 years. They were selling an accounting software, right? It was like $17 a month. So they could totally pay $200 to get a $17 a month subscriber, but that's not most of us, right? Most of us, most, most small business owners, we operate bootstrap. I built my businesses. All of my businesses were always bootstrapped. So having a low-ticket acquisition strategy can literally change the math for you. So I'm going to leave a couple of links for you down in the description below. Of course, you can get the Low Ticket Profits book on Amazon. You can go to lowticketbook.com to get your physical version. If you like physical books like I do, it's like a little booklet. You can actually consume it in a weekend, uh, or in a long bathroom seating or whatever. And, uh, you can also get the digital version if you go to lowticketbook.com/digital in case you're not in the US, right? You can get the digital version for $4.95. I think that you can get it for like a couple dollars in Amazon Kindle and Kindle Unlimited and all of that. But also I created a full presentation on low ticket offers. I created a whole full presentation on low ticket offers that you can actually get By, uh, by clicking the link somewhere around here, it's gonna be, uh, ready for you. Okay?
