So thank you guys for that, and smash that like button if you're really into this. And I'll keep delivering. Okay guys, so let's dive into the 2 productivity tips that I have today for you. Productivity tip number 1 is disable email notifications in your phone. I'm going to be uploading these to Instagram as well, but first you need to disable email notifications in your phone, and there's a reason for this. Most of us, if you have an Android phone or if you have an Apple iPhone, whatever your, your phone is, most of the time you cannot uninstall the Gmail or email applications on it. In case you can, go ahead and uninstall it. You do not need it on your phone. But in case you can't, the best way to do this is to deactivate the notifications on your phone, because every time you get an email, whether it's important or not, you will be checking your phone. And it's a big, big distraction. I tend to check emails 2 or 3 times a day at most. I took this tip and this suggestion from Tim Ferriss on The 4-Hour Workweek, and I'll be doing a review on that book shortly. But The 4-Hour Workweek says that you need to check your emails only twice a day, like at noon and at the evening before finishing your day. And it's a great productivity tip because if you have your notifications on in your phone, you will be checking them every 5 minutes. That means that by the end of the day, you have been checking your email like crazy, and sometimes things can wait. And if things are really, really urgent on your side, you can always get a phone call. Okay, so productivity tip number 1, go ahead and disable email notifications on your phone today and you will see how you're less pending on your phone, your emails, etc., and you can actually check them twice a day. Productivity tip number 2, find 2 to 3 hours of your day of silence where you can actually concentrate on the most important tasks of the day. On my case, I try to wake up at 5 AM, so I'm working from 5 to 7 AM in complete silence. You know, my neighborhood is pretty quiet. Probably my partners in Spain, they are already full throttle, but my partners in the US— I live in Argentina, so I live kind of in the middle. So my partners in the US, they are, you know, starting their day at 7 PM or so, depending on the East Coast. It's that time. On the Pacific Coast, it's way later. But the pain— the point here is that It doesn't matter where you are, the best way you can actually make the things that will impact positively your business is to find 2 to 3 hours a day of complete silence. And it doesn't have to be like you live inside of a bubble. No, that's not what I mean. What I mean is that that particular time you will use it to do the most relevant and the most impactful tasks of your business. So for example, I'm a morning person. I like waking up early. That's the time of the day when I have the most energy, the more creativity, those creative, uh, juice are flowing, etc. But probably you're a noon person, probably you're a night owl, okay? It doesn't really matter. Whenever you have the peak performance of your day-to-day, whenever you have your peak energy try to be in silence and try to concentrate on the tasks that will impact your business the most. There's a big difference in tasks that are urgent and they will keep you busy and tasks that are important and that will keep you productive. So busy is not productive, busyness is not productivity, and the best thing that you can actually implement this strategy is to find 2 to 3 hours a day where you can actually focus on those tasks. It can be 1 hour, it can be half an hour, but it has to be on that time of the day when you feel more productive because the best way to do this is to actually focus all of your productive energy, your best self, into those tasks that will actually move the needle of your business. Okay guys, so find 2 to 3 hours a day. Tip number 2, tip number 1 was Disable email notifications on your phone, and these 2 tips will work together because in those, in those 2 to 3 hours, maybe 1 hour, maybe half an hour, you won't be bothered by your phone and you will be able, able to laser focus on your task at hand. Thank you guys for watching. If you have any other productivity tips, if you have any other apps that you're using, I would love to go ahead and review them. Leave me a comment below.
