Do you want to know how to create amazing customer service and have repeated business? This is a video that you want to check out, my friend, so stay with me. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here, and thank you for watching this video. This is going to be a quick video to ramble about customer service. Okay, because there's a bunch of marketers out there that they do not have or factor in customer service when determining their launches, their jobs, and their costs of production, whatever. Okay, so if you're launching a new course, if you're an internet marketer and if you're launching a new course and if you do not have your customer service/support ready, My friend, you will have a hard time having repeated business, all right, because you want to have this customer service in place even before that you launch, all right? Because if you're intending to have big launches and big launches out there, many of them that I know of have failed not because of the sales process, not because of the JVs, those two were on point. but because of the customer service, okay, the support. If you have any refund policy, you will get a ton of refunds, all right? And that's not something that I want you to go through. So these are my 2 main tips for you to increase your repeated business, your lifetime value of the customer, and you have a pretty much happier life. So let's see how it works. Idea number 1 for you to increment or increase or enhance your customer service is to simplify your customers' lives with your product or with your service. Simplify your customer business by, you know, producing something that will actually simplify their business processes or their sales processes, etc. It is your job, my friend, and mine too, to simplify our customers' business. That's why I was always telling about SEO services. If you're selling SEO services from the SEO standpoint, you know, backlinks, traffic, rankings, metrics, you will get a lousy close rate. And, you know, those clients are the clients that you do not want to get, okay? Because they will pay you based in terms of backlinks, traffic metrics. Now, the type of client that you do want to get is the one that is talking to you as a partner. So if you talk about traffic conversions and clients, that's another story. So I'm here to simplify your SEO business. I'm here to rank you higher on Google, and I'm here to make you sell more. That's pretty much it. Okay, so that's how I sell SEO. I'm not that many SEOs out there will not be pretty happy about this way of selling, but it's the one that has brought me the greatest results. So you need to simplify your customers' business or your customers' lives with your product. So if you have a product that you can frame it in a way that it will simplify their businesses, boom, you have a winner right there. Idea number 2 to increase your customer service or to make it a better customer service is to be more worried about your customers' needs than they actually are. Let me repeat that. You need to be more worried about solving your customers' needs than they actually are. And I talk a little bit about this on the different temperatures that a lead could have, like from cold, completely cold traffic that they do not even know that they have a need, to hot traffic that they do know they have a need, that they know that you provide a service to it, and they trust you enough to actually make a purchase. So, you know, just imagine that if somebody doesn't even know that they have a need, how can they even worry about it? There's no way that will happen. So on that video, which I'm gonna link, leave a link below, I talked about how you can make them aware of your offer and they're mostly not of your offer but make them aware of their need and also make them aware that you offer a solution and then make them aware that you are trustworthy enough so that they can purchase from you, okay? So those are the 2 main ideas that I wanted to share with you guys so that you can apply them for your business and your sales funnels. So idea number 1 is to simplify your customers' lives with your product, with your service, and idea number 2 is that you, my friend, need to be more worried about your clients' needs than they really are, okay? Them than themselves, because that's the way when you get really repeated business all across the board. If you're trying to simplify your customer's life, you will not ask them to go through 1,000 hoops to send a support ticket, okay? If you're more worried about their needs than you are, then it's super, super easier to develop a great copy, a great sales process, and also train a great deal of support staff, okay guys? So let me know what you guys think about these kind of videos. I would love to know if you're implementing any of these kind of strategies And I'll see you guys on the next video. Bye-bye!
