In this tutorial, Hernan Vazquez explains how any valuable piece of content can serve as a lead magnet, regardless of business type—from info products to brick‑and‑mortar stores and SaaS. He emphasizes keeping lead magnets simple, visual, and immediately useful, recommending formats such as webinars, videos (often paired with transcripts), reports, checklists, free services, and small tools. Using humorous and concrete examples—like a guide for "kitten wigs" or a video on protecting Android screens—he shows how to tailor lead magnets to specific niches. He stresses that higher quality content creates a stronger "handshake" with prospects and that follow‑up via email marketing is essential for nurturing the leads. The video concludes with a call for viewers to share their own lead‑magnet ideas in the comments.

Hey everybody, what's up? On this video, let's see how to generate a lead magnet. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here. Welcome to another video and thank you once again for the support that you have been giving to this channel, okay? I'm really, really stoked about it, so thank you, thank you, thank you. 1,000 times. On this particular video, you know, I've been getting a ton of messages about, for example, brick-and-mortar businesses, Shopify users, or Shopify entrepreneurs should I say, and a bunch of other businesses, consulting businesses, etc., that are not entirely on the info product space, okay? I've been doing mostly info product launches and affiliate marketing, etc., over the past couple of years, But then I helped people that have consulting and coaching services and brick-and-mortar and Shopify e-commerce stores. And the question always comes down to, how do I generate a lead magnet if I'm selling kitten wigs? You know, how do I generate a lead magnet? And that's a great question, by the way. And the reality is that anything, in my opinion, anything that gives away value can be turned into a lead magnet. So for example, A webinar can be a lead magnet, a video can be a lead magnet, a report can be a lead magnet, even, you know, a free service can be a lead magnet. Pretty much anything can be a lead magnet. So for example, let's say that you're selling kitten wigs. A how-to-use or a guide on choosing the best kitten wig for your cat could be a great lead magnet, you know, if you're into that. Or a video explaining how to put it without going to the hospital with 1,000 scratches on your face That could be a great lead magnet and a safe one, and it will actually give away a ton of value. Because if I try to put a kitten wig on my cat, it would pretty much kill me, you know? So with that said, anything can be turned into a lead magnet. You do not need to overcomplicate this. For real, I've been using lead magnets, webinars as lead magnets. I've been using videos as lead magnets. I've been using free reports, you know, the usual checklists, etc., etc. But since we are on a really visual, I think we are in a really visual age, usually videos tend to work better. And if you have a video and then you can give away the transcription of the video as a PDF, that also adds a lot of value. You know, if you have a webinar, you can give the webinar itself plus the slide deck, the slideshow, whatever you want to call it. That usually works really, really well. So think about this for a minute. What can you do for people that do not know you that could solve a problem right there and then. Okay, so if you have a brick-and-mortar business of, I don't know, fixing Android screens, a really good lead magnet could be a video on how to protect your Android screen from getting scratched or whatever, you know. And people will actually remember you for that, provided that you keep following up with them, you know, on email marketing, etc., etc., etc. So there's a bunch of things that you can do to generate your lead magnet. It doesn't have to be the usual checklist, mind map, whatever. Those work really, really well. If you have some sort of software as a service, you can give away a small tool as a lead magnet, you know, calculator, etc., etc., etc. And it doesn't have to be that complicated, okay guys? So do not overcomplicate it. Just think about this for a minute. What can you give for people that do not know you that could solve a problem right there and then. It's usually information, okay? And the higher the quality, of course, the stronger your handshake, as I usually say, all right? So that's how I generate lead magnets. Pretty much anything can be used as a lead magnet. And if you have any ideas for lead magnets whatsoever, just drop them in the comments below. I would love to hear them. And, you know, just, you know, drop them there and we can start a conversation, etc., etc. Thank you guys for watching this video, and I'll see you on the next one. Bye-bye!
