How To Create Offers That People Want To Buy (99.99% Accuracy)

In this instructional video Hernan Vazquez shares the exact process he uses to validate product offers before building them, saving months of work and thousands of dollars. He begins with a personal story about spending three months building a product that no one wanted, then recounts a pivotal moment when a famous marketer pre‑sold a bootcamp via an Instagram Live, proving that pre‑launch validation works even without a large audience. Vazquez outlines a repeatable, audience‑independent framework: create a ultra‑simple "ugly" landing page that answers three questions (what it is, the benefit, how to get it), run ultra‑direct text‑only ads on Meta using a three‑ad‑set Rapid Scale Framework (broad, interest, look‑alike), price the test offer at $5‑$7, and run a conversion‑optimized campaign targeting cold traffic. He sets concrete validation benchmarks – 100‑150 unique outbound clicks and at least a 3% purchase conversion rate within a 7‑day, $500 ad spend test. If the offer meets these thresholds, it is considered validated and can be fleshed out with testimonials, guarantees, FAQs, and scaled; if not, the offer is refunded and discarded. Throughout he references his Low‑Ticket Profits book, Low‑Ticket Accelerator, and a deeper validation workshop, emphasizing that the method works for anyone, even without an existing email list or social following.

So if I would have learned this thing that I'm going to share with you, I would have saved so much time because back in the day when I was starting with my career, I actually spent 3 months building a product that nobody wanted it. And again, I'm going to share with you how you can avoid going through that process and actually put together offers that people want. You know, yesterday I was having this conversation with one of my members in my school community, which is free to join. I'm going to leave a link somewhere around here so that you can jump in. And he asked me these questions. He asked me, hey, Hernan, what do you think is the perfect offer? And the perfect offer for me is an offer that people will actually buy. If you ask me what's the perfect offer, what are the components of a perfect offer, for me it's an offer that people will actually buy. Now what I'm going to share with you, I'm kind of polishing and building myself, but the whole concept I didn't learn it myself. I've been blessed enough to work with some of the biggest names in the digital marketing industry. I've spent 9 figures in advertising and places like Meta and Google and some other places. And this technique, this strategy that I'm going to share with you has been one of the biggest insights that I've ever had. And it all started by having one of the people, the very famous people that I was working with, came in one night into the office. We were kind of, you know, just discussing this new launch that we wanted to make for his business and whatnot. And we were thinking, hey, should we do a bootcamp? Should we do a course, should we do this, should we do that? You know, we had a kind of a marketing team geek, proper geek conversation, right? And then he comes in, he wasn't really much in the office, he was clearly traveling the world and speaking on stage and whatnot, but he, you know, came in, he sat down, he started listening to our conversation with his phone and whatnot. He was with his phone sitting down and we were having this geeky conversation about, hey, we should build this landing page and do this and do that. And I remember this really clearly because it made an impact, a really big impact on my career from that point onward. He was actually listening, so he whipped out his phone and he went live on Instagram. And as he went live on Instagram, you know, he started like welcoming people and he started like saying, hey guys, what's up? What's going on? Blah, blah, blah. A couple million Instagram followers by then. So a lot of people started jumping in into his Instagram Live and saying, hey, hey, blah, blah, blah. What's up? What's going on? I'm here with my marketing team. So he showed us on his Instagram Live, and then something that he did was really interesting. So he actually asked the audience, he said, hey guys, listen, I'm here with my marketing team and these guys cannot make up their mind, as usually we do, you know, as marketing guys. So what do you think if we put together this thing that we're thinking about? Would you be interested in hearing more about it? And a lot of people started saying yes, yes, yes, right? Like we could see the comments coming in and saying yes and yes and yes. Okay, cool. Let me do something for you. We're going to do a presale of this thing right now. And if you want to join, it was a bootcamp, it ended up being a bootcamp, a live event. If you wanna come in, I'm going to give you the links or the tickets at a big discount. And I'm going to add this bonus and this bonus and this bonus because this is a pre-launch. We haven't built the thing yet, but this is a pre-launch. So if you wanna come, just, you know, wait a second, I'm gonna get you guys a link. So he turns around to his CMO at the day and he was like, hey dude, Can you build a link for this one thing? Let's put it at $500 or whatever, right? I don't even remember how much we were charging for. So, you know, they go into their Stripe account and they build this link and whatnot. He sent it to this guy and then this person, boom, puts it on Instagram. He's like, okay guys, that's the link. Go grab your early bird presale, whatever link. And then all of a sudden, boom, boom, boom, we started seeing those payments coming in. And as we started seeing those payments coming in, he actually said, okay, awesome. Thank you so much. We got you on the list. You're going to hear very soon from us. Thank you so much for trusting us. testing on us and all of that. So boom, he stopped the live and he turns around and he says, there's your validation, now go build it. And that was such an important, such a pivotal moment of my career because I was kind of on the sidelines. I was marketing director, right? So I was sitting there and I was watching kind of magic happen, right? And it turns out that these big players have been doing it for a long time. I just didn't know about it. They actually are used to pre-launching things before they even build a thing. And of course you can think that, okay, well, this person's super famous, right? A lot of people on his Instagram, of course he's gonna get buyers. But here's the thing, the thing that I'm going to share on this video doesn't care if you have an audience or not, because we're going to bypass being famous, we're going to bypass having an audience altogether. And then I'm going to share with you how you can validate an offer before building it so that you don't do what I did and what most people do, which is spend a lot of time on a product, or a service or a course or an idea, right, that nobody wants? Because that's what we do. We wake up, we're entrepreneurs, we wake up one idea— one day with an idea, and then we think about, oh, this is going to be a game changer. And then we spend all of this time, right, we spend all of this time building this thing, and then we turn around and we take it to market and nobody wants it. But what if you could find out if people wanted it before you even lift a finger building a thing? So that's the whole point of this video. It's called validation, and I'm going to walk you through my process Right now. So I'm here with my little iPad and I'm going to be sketching this whole out. And by the way, this process, it's a process that I have all of my Low Ticket Accelerator students go through, especially if they're launching their first low ticket offer. Some of the people that join my accelerator, they actually have an audience, but many of the people, they don't have an audience, right? They don't have an email list. If you have an email list, if you have an Instagram following, if you have YouTube subscribers or whatever, you can actually use some of these, but we're going to bypass that altogether, okay? So it doesn't matter if you have an audience or not, or if you don't want to use your audience for whatever reason, that's completely valid too. And this is step 1. Now I'm going to leave a link somewhere around here. I built a whole workshop going through the process in much more depth, but I don't want to make, you know, a super long video and bore you to death. If you really wanna dive into this process, there's going to be a link somewhere around here so that you can get my Offer Validation Workshop, right? It was a 2-hour workshop talking about validation. Again, the whole point of this is that we don't build anything that hasn't been previously validated. What does that mean? That means that we're not going to lift a finger, we're not going to create a course, a program, a service, a gadget, a software, or whatever, unless people are voting. And I'm not talking about just voting on a poll. Hey, would you like this? Hey, would you want this? No, I'm talking about people voting with their wallet. And we're going to even make it harder. We're going to increase the challenge because we're going to target cold audiences. That means that the offer needs to be so good that people who do not know who you are will actually take you up on this offer. All right, so we kind of bypass all of the influence and all the stuff that you might have built with your audience if you have one, right? This is all going to be what I call a pre-sale or a pre-launch, and I'm going to be using a low-ticket offer as an idea, right, as an example, but then you can adapt it for every for pretty much anything that you want. So what we're going to do is we're going to build a really simple landing page. I call it ugly landing pages, right? And I give my low-ticket accelerators the template to do it. But this landing page, in a nutshell, it needs to answer 3 questions. It needs to say, here's what I got. So question number 1, here's what I got. Question number 2 is here's what it will do for you or the benefit of getting the thing. And question number 3, here's how to get it. That's all that this page right here needs to answer. Now note that I didn't say that you should add testimonials, that you should add a money-back guarantee, that you should add a VSL or a video to this page. Not at all, right? Not at all. We're going to keep it super light, super simple, because the goal is that if this offer fails, it doesn't matter. It took you maybe a couple of hours to put it together and then, you know, a week and a couple hundred bucks on ads. That's it. That's all that it takes. To actually build this. All right. Now, all of those elements, a money-back guarantee, testimonials, all of those stuff, an FAQ, a frequently asked questions section, those are things that you add once the offer is validated and proven. And here's what we're going to do. We're going to run ads because again, we want traffic, we want eyeballs, but we're going to run cold traffic to it, meaning people that do not know who you are. They haven't heard about you, but they are in the realm of your ideal audience. So basically we're going to run ads, right? And the ads that I like to run for this offer are going to be Meta, Meta ads, Facebook ads, however you want to call them. And generally we're going to use my Rapid Scale Framework, which many of you guys got, but if you don't, there's going to be a link somewhere around here. But in a nutshell, the Rapid Scale Framework is that we're going to create 3 ad sets, right? So 3 ad sets right here. Let me move this around. So One ad set is going to be broad, so you're going to target everyone in the countries that you can target or that you want to get clients from. One of them is going to be interest-based, so you're going to pick your closest interest to whatever it is that you're trying to sell. And then the third one is going to be what I call lookalikes, right? And then this matters if you have an audience. So if you have a list, if you have leads, if you have buyers in the past, you can upload them to Facebook and then create a lookalike audience. But some people don't even have this, so this is optional. Right? So 2 to 3 ad sets. And then here we're going to do what I call ugly ads. Now, ugly ads are simple text-based ads that say just one thing. Hey, are you dealing or struggling with this issue? Or hey, do you want to get this benefit? Go here and get it. So at the end of the day, we're targeting really problem-aware Or even solution-aware audiences. So really aware audiences with our ads. So in a nutshell, this is an example that I always say, and I got it from Alex Becker from Hyros. It's like, hey, are you hungry for pizza? Click here and get pizza. That's all that the ads need to say. Nothing complicated, nothing weird. You don't want to do any, you know, copywriting jiu-jitsu or any emotional connection. You want these ads to be really direct. Because if those people that are super aware, super problem aware because they have a problem and they're looking for a solution or they want to get the benefit, if those people don't buy this thing, nobody will. You know, targeting is not as important as used to be, but this is the key right here, the message on the ads, because the message of the ads will dictate who Meta is actually you know, going after. So you want these ads to be really specific. So my formula is generally discover how to X with Z method in Y time or less. So for example, for my Rapid Scale Framework is discover how to launch and scale ads with the Rapid Scale Framework in 10 minutes or less, which is true, by the way. It's a true statement. You want to be— you want to have a true statement on that thing. But think about who's going to get that offer. People that want to learn how to launch and scale their advertising, right? So you wanna be super, super specific with this headline right here and with the ads. Again, text-based ads. You can go to ChatGPT, you can get the transcription of the video, whatever. And then you ask ChatGPT, hey ChatGPT or Claude or whatever, do these ads for me and they will do that for you. But they need to be really direct. So you don't wanna get fancy. Now since we're doing a low-ticket offer, the other thing that I, I like to do with low-ticket offers is to initially when I'm, testing a new offer, you know, a new guide, a new mini course, something like that, is I want to price it really low. I want to price it at $5 or $7 at most, right? Why? Because we don't want price to be an objection. We want to make sure that the offer is really, really good. The offer is really, really good, right? And the price, we can change it. We can go after, you know, different places. But generally, I like to sell things for $5 or $7, especially when I'm testing. Then we can increase the price down the road. This needs to be a conversion campaign, right? A conversion campaign optimized for purchases. We don't just want to get clicks, we want to get buyers. You want people to vote with their wallets. So you want Meta to go out there and find you buyers. You don't want just clicks. A lot of people say, oh, just run a landing page view campaign or a click campaign. Don't do that because you're going to get clicks. We're not after clicks, we're going after buyers. So that's what you want to do, okay? So again, Super simple campaign, conversion optimized purchases, and we're going to send traffic to this super simple landing page that answers these three questions. Here's what I got. Here's what I will do for you. Here's how to get it. And then you're going to have a thank you page after this, right? So T Y. Let me actually move this a little bit. Okay, so T Y, right? So thank you page. And by the way, this is an arrow. Yes, I swear. So we're gonna have these questions, and then you're gonna have a thank you page. And then here's the thing, you want to make sure that you say that this is a presale because again, you don't have the product yet. You're building it, you're validating it, right? This is a presale, a pre-launch, right? So you want to make sure that you state that on that page and you also state that on the thank you page. Hey, thank you for your interest. We're going to give you the thing in a week. Generally this whole process takes a week. You know, 5 days or so. Now here's the kicker. Here's the little trick. Here's how to make it all work. In order for you to validate this offer, these are the benchmarks. You're going to want to get anywhere between 100 to 150 unique outbound clicks. Unique outbound clicks. So 100 to 150 unique outbound clicks from Meta. This is a column that you can add in your Meta Ads Manager. You just go to columns and then you add unique outbound clicks. And then this is a big enough sample data for you to know if people are buying this, right? There's a lot of clicks, clicks all, CTR. You have a lot of clicks on the Meta Ads dashboard. You only want to use unique outbound clicks. So after you've got 100 to 150 unique outbound clicks, you're going to aim for a minimum, a bare minimum of 3% conversion rate on this page right here. So what does that mean? That means that if you get 100 clicks, you get 3 buyers minimum. 150, I think that is 4.5 buyers, right? This is the bare minimum, 3% conversion rate. Now here's why 3% conversion rate. That's not arbitrary. Okay, so 100 to 150 unique outbound clicks with this messaging right here with the ugly ads, type of aware messaging, what happens is that you're being super direct as to what this offer is, right? And the minimum that a low-ticket offer should convert— in my book Low-Ticket Profits, I talk about it, which by the way, let me grab a copy, you can get it on Amazon, right? And I talk about this on my Low-Ticket Profits book, which you can get on Amazon. But the reason I'm saying 3% is because the bare minimum, the benchmark of a low-ticket offer should be anywhere between 5 to 10% of conversion rate, right? So if you send 100 clicks, you want to get 5. Now why are we aiming for only 3%? Because remember, this is a really ugly landing page, guys. We're only answering 3 questions. We don't have testimonials, we don't have a guarantee, we don't have an FAQ, we don't have anything like that, right? So what happens is that when you start adding those elements, when you start adding a guarantee, when you start adding testimonials, when you start adding an FAQ, that conversion rate should go up. But if we can at least get 3 buyers out of 100 unique outbound clicks from people that do not know who you are, they haven't interacted with your brand, you don't have influence over there, then that for me is a validated offer. And now you go, you build, and now you go and do all of the other things like making the funnel prettier and building the whole offer and all of that. So what happens if you don't hit 3%? Nothing. You just refund If you got one buyer, you should refund those people, right? You should refund those people and just tell them, listen, we didn't get it. And guess what? You go on to the next. And then if that doesn't hit, you go on to the next and then you go to the next. So the main point here is that you get as many at-bats as possible, just testing the offers. And then once you find a winner, that's what you scale because people have voted with their wallet. Again, this is a presale. Right? Or for an ugly landing page, you've seen ugly ads. Imagine if your ads were better. Imagine if your pixel was more trained. Imagine if the landing page now gets better. Now you're talking about increasing conversion rates, but that's a different conversation. Then once you get 100 clicks and 3% conversion rate, you just go and build the thing. So the way that I like to do this, just to wrap this video up, is I like to run this for a minimum of 7 days. And if you think about it, let's say that we're going after 100 unique outbound clicks, $5 CPC, right, $5 cost per click, you're going to be paying $500. So $500 and 7 days to test an offer. Now why 7 days? I tell this to my students all the time. Meta is a volatile platform, it goes up and down. You can spend $500 in a day, but here's the thing, if you launch these ads on a crappy day, on a high volatility day, for whatever reason, you just burned $500. So what I would suggest is that you pace your spend for 7 days and $500 so that you can actually get accurate data. So imagine this, imagine spending $500 in 7 days instead of months or weeks like I did and coaches and consultants and people in general do. They spend months and then they turn around and they build something that nobody wants. But if you implement this strategy right here, then you can save a lot of time and a lot of money. You would save a ton more money than $500 on a test. That's the whole process. Again, this is how we test, you know, low-ticket offers, and it's all explained in my Low-Ticket Profits book. But if you want a more comprehensive approach, I'm going to leave a link somewhere around here so that you can get my validation methodology, which is a full-blown workshop on how I build this. And again, this is the first step on my Low Ticket Accelerator for people that come in and they're like, hey, I want to launch my first low ticket offer, but I don't know what to sell. Okay, let's brainstorm what to sell. I actually do this for my students. We give them offer ideas and then all they have to do is they grab my templates, they run a little bit of ads, and then they know. Here's the thing. Last week somebody told me that they got like a 12% conversion rate. Just by testing the offer, right? They got 100 clicks. They got they got 10 buyers, 12 buyers. That's a really good offer. But that doesn't happen every single time. Maybe you need to run this a couple times, but it will save you so much time and so much money, and then you can thank me later. Okay. So anyways, I hope that this is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions, any comments. Just drop them around here. I read everything, and I'll see you on the next video. Bye bye.
