In this instructional video, Hernan Vazquez explains how owners of offline‑only businesses can jump‑start and expand their online operations by leveraging the customer data they already have. He stresses that the most valuable online asset for such businesses is a compiled email list of past purchasers. The video outlines a step‑by‑step process: (1) gather every email address from the past year’s transactions; (2) reactivate those contacts with a brief email announcing the business’s online presence; (3) upload the list to Facebook and Google as Custom Audiences so the platforms can match the emails to user accounts and enable targeted ads; (4) use the small matched audience to create Lookalike (or similar) audiences that scale the reach to millions of potential customers with comparable demographics; and (5) continuously run ads to both the original and lookalike audiences to convert repeat buyers and acquire new ones, ultimately scaling monthly revenue. Vazquez concludes with a call‑to‑action for viewers to contact him for consulting and to engage with his channel.

Hey everybody, what's up? On this video, let's see how your offline business can actually grow your online business and vice versa and the other way around. Let's go to the intro. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here. Welcome to another video and thank you once again for the support, the comments, the likes, the tweets, the share, the plus one. I even saw some people sharing this on Fotolog and MySpace, if that's still a thing. But anyways, thank you guys for sharing. I don't think much people will actually saw that. But anyways, the point on this video is to help you guys having a better understanding, the way I see it, on how your offline business can actually grow your online business. Over the past 10 days or 15 days or so, maybe the past month, I've been consulting with offline businesses that they are having huge troubles growing their online platforms and growing their online businesses because, as I mentioned in a previous video, they're two different worlds and the logics, the dynamics are completely different, okay? Now with that being said, your offline efforts could actually help you growing your online efforts. One of the things that I really like to ask when consulting with a client or when in a strategy session, whatever, is do you have a purchaser's list? And if so, how big is it? Some people will tell me that they have no idea. Some people will tell me that they have one written down, you know, on paper. Some people will tell me that they do but they haven't emailed them in years. Some people will not know what to answer. Now, the reality is that on the online world, one of the biggest assets that you can develop is your email list. The offline world, however, doesn't have that kind of trouble, and most of the businesses out there are not collecting emails because they do not think there's— that's the bridge between their offline world and the online world. Okay, now If you have an offline business and you're watching this video and you want to grow your offline business with online practices, what you want to do right now is to go through all of the past year transactions that you had, and if you could get an email from those, that's great. That's step number 1. So try to compile all of the emails from the previous transactions that you have, you know, people that hire you, they've given you money, that purchase your product, that they come again for another, for another purchase, etc. And try to compile all of that information into a list. Now you would say, okay, but these people, I haven't got in touch with them. Maybe some people purchased only once, maybe some people, you know, even made an inquiry. I don't know. The reality is that some of those people may not even remember you. Now what do we do with that list? Well, there's a bunch of things that we can do. First, we can actually reactivate them, okay? Send them an email saying, hey, We're going online. Do you want to come? Whatever. Visit our website. Okay. Follow us on Instagram. Follow us on Twitter. So that will allow you to actually reactivate and get in touch with them, you know, in a really efficient way. Now that's like step number two. Okay. Step number one is to compile a list. Step number two is to actually send them some emails, send them something to say, "Hey, we're alive. We haven't disappeared. We haven't." gone extinct. We are still alive. Now step number 3 on this case would be to add that list into something like Facebook custom audiences and create a custom audience based on that list. What does this mean? This means that Facebook will try to match all of those emails that you already have within Facebook database. Let's say that, I don't know, maybe 70% of the people that purchase from you over the last year are on Facebook. You could be actually serving ads to those people that have already purchased from you, that have already thrown money at you, that have already given you the credit card number. They have already had a good experience with your company. It's much easier to sell to somebody that have already purchased from you than it is to create a new customer. Okay, let me say that again. It's much easier to create a repeating customer than it is to create a new customer. So you need to really leverage on that because that email list, doesn't matter how big it is, will be what kickstarts everything in your online space. So the same that you did with Facebook, creating a custom audience, you can go to Google and create also a custom audience on Google and say, hey, I wanna target these people in particular. Now what's good about this is that once you have that small, really small population, that really small universe, let's say that you have, I don't know, 200 emails, 3,000 emails, 50 emails, doesn't really matter, what you can do then to expand it to several million people that are on the same demographics using Facebook lookalike audiences. Okay, so if you're trying to bring your offline business online and, you know, double your business— if you're making $30,000, $50,000, $75,000 a month and you can— you want to take it to $100,000, $150,000 a month, that's totally doable, but you need to do some homework on first. All right, if you have some presence online, amazing, there's a ton of things that you can do. But if you have only a website and you haven't even touched, you know, Facebook advertising or whatever, your email list is your key to enter the online world.
