Hernan Vazquez explains why sales funnels plateau: cost per acquisition rises and traffic stalls. The fix is a second front-end offer targeting a different buyer problem but feeding the same back-end. Find it by identifying the next question buyers ask, build a minimal offer around it, and test.

Every funnel hits a ceiling eventually. You spend more, CPA goes up, and volume stops moving. Most people try to force more out of the same funnel. Usually the better move is a second front-end offer, not a whole new business, just a second way in. Your first offer solves one problem for one kind of buyer. The second one should solve a different problem or come at the same problem from a different angle, but it still leads to the same back end, same upsells, same community, same higher ticket offer. So instead of trying to squeeze more out of one entry point, you create a second one. That's how you grow. And the best place to find that second offer is simple. What's the next most common question buyers have before they get results? That question is often the offer. Build a simple version, test it, and see if it hits. That's how you break through a funnel ceiling.
