How to Rank Easily and Faster on Google? (Simple SEO Tweaks) - Hernan Vazquez

In this instructional video, Hernan Vazquez explains how webmasters can achieve faster, easier rankings on Google by focusing on on‑page SEO and internal link building rather than chasing backlinks. He promotes his free weekly "Hump Day Hangouts" SEO Q&A, then outlines three concrete steps: (1) watch his detailed site‑optimization tutorial to improve content structure, rich media, outbound authority links, and internal linking; (2) use SEMrush to uncover keywords the site already ranks on page 2 or low‑position page 1; (3) interlink new or existing posts to those near‑top pages, employing Matt Diggity’s topical silo strategy to push them into higher positions. Vazquez claims on‑page SEO accounts for 60‑70% of ranking potential and shares a recent case where a client gained 30‑40 positions after applying these tweaks. He also directs viewers to additional resources—video links, a Facebook group, and the Matt Diggity article—encouraging community engagement and further learning.

Now, a question that I had a ton of of, of times during the weekend is how to rank easily and faster. And the truth is that we as webmasters, we have a ton of power before even actually going out and ask for backlink. What do I mean? What I'm trying to say is that when you're doing SEO, and we as SEO usually forget the power that we have in our hands when it comes to on-page SEO, and most importantly, internal link building. I'm gonna leave a link below so that you can check the step-by-step video that I made on how to optimize for SEO your articles, your pages, etc., which is pretty current. And you know, just by optimizing a couple of those and using a couple of those tricks, you can definitely see a bump in rankings. Okay, I've been optimizing like crazy a client's website last week, a client that I'm consulting on last week, and this week I woke up and we have gained like 40 spots on one keyword, 30 spots on another keyword. Mind that the website already has some authority, but on-site SEO and internal link building are one of the fastest and more overlooked ways of actually gaining a bunch of rankings pretty much instantly, all right? You do not need to go out there looking for links. You do not need to go out there spending a ton of money on setting up a PBN, purchasing gigs, endangering your website. The main idea here is that you understand the power that you have as a webmaster in order for you to optimize your on-page SEO. I would risk myself saying that on-page SEO is like 60 to 70% of your rankings right now. And that's no joke because you could have a completely non-optimized website, you know, that's over-optimized with keywords, doesn't have any outbound authority backlinks, it doesn't have any H2, H3s, it doesn't have any tags in any internal link building, it doesn't have any rich media And it will take you a ton of time, backlinks, and resources to actually rank that. Whereas when you have a really good optimized website with the things that I mentioned— rich media, meaning embedded tweets, embedded videos, outbound authority links, which is super important, and linking back to other properties and to other pages of your own website— you will need a lot less links to rank. That means easier rankings, faster rankings, and pretty much an overall happier life as an SEO. So what do you do when you want to optimize your website? Well, step 1 is to go ahead and watch the video that I'm gonna leave on the link below. That video is gonna guide you step by step on how to SEO optimize your articles, and it has over— I think it has nearly 1,000 views by the time of recording this video. So if you are there and you liked it, just click like, it will be really, really appreciated. So that's step 1. Step number 2 is to actually uncover those keywords that your pages or your website is already ranking on page 2 or page 3 of the search engines, okay? And that's done with SEMrush. SEMrush is a great tool, and I've also recorded a video for you guys that's a tutorial on how to uncover your competitors' keywords and your own keywords, and I'm gonna also leave links to that video as well. So that's step 2. Step number 3 would be to actually interlink those new posts and those new pages that you're doing, that you're making, that you're writing to the pages that are ranking on page 2 or maybe bottom page 1 because when you have a page ranking on page 2, when you have a post or an article ranking on page— on maybe position 11, maybe position 15, maybe position 9, that means that Google really likes your page, okay? Not because you're not top 1, it doesn't mean that Google doesn't like your page or your post or you're not doing things right, okay? That means that you're doing things correctly, the good way. Now, what you need at that point is just a push. And how do you push it if you do not want to go out there and search for links? That's done with on-page SEO and internal link building. Matt Diggity, which is a guy I really admire, has created a great post on how to set up topically relevant articles or silos so that you can actually push a page that's on page 2 or a post that's on bottom page 1 to the top 5. And I'm also going to leave a link to that article as well. Just go there, click on the link, give Matt some love because Matt is one of the best SEOs out there. He is usually proving all of his points with data, and I really admire the guy and the way he presents the data. It's super, super enlightening. All right, guys, so the 3 steps to rank better, higher, faster in Google are super, super simple. Step number 1, optimize your website. Click on the link below and see how I optimize a website. Step-by-step over the shoulder. Step number 2 is to see which keywords you're ranking on page 2 for or bottom page 1 with SEMrush. Also, I made a video, I'm gonna leave a link on the description below so that you can check it out. And step number 3 is to actually interlink your posts from the post that you're making, the new post, the new material, to the post or page or article that's on page 2 or bottom page 1, okay? That's pretty much it, and it's super, super simple, not complicated at all. Again, I'm gonna leave links to everything on the description or the bottom or whatever you are watching this video right now. You will find links nearby this video, okay? You may need to search for them. I'm not saying it will be easy, but they will be near, okay? So just so you know, guys, that's the simple way that I know of creating fastest, easiest rankings on Google, and it's all in your power, which is great. All right guys, thank you once again for watching. If you have any questions whatsoever, just drop me a comment, uh, whatever questions you have. You can also join the Facebook group that you can see on my monitor right now. It's completely free to join, and we are pretty much discussing a ton of good things on over that Facebook group.
