We start in Ads Manager, sort by purchases, and pull 2 to 5 image ads that already worked. Then, we drop those into an AI expansion tool, paste in the landing page, and generate new versions in different sizes. Some come out bad, some come out great. We keep the winners. While that's happening, we use Claude or ChatGPT to write 2 copy angles for the offer. One long, one short. Then we build one ad set, upload all the image variations, pair each image with both copy versions, and suddenly we've got around 30 ads. Duplicate that ad set for broad, interest, and lookalike audiences, and now you've got 90 fresh ads ready to test. That's how you scale creative output without turning it into a full-time job.
