In the, in the US it's the morning and in Argentina it's the morning. If you're watching this from Australia or Japan I think it would be good evening, right? So depending on where you're watching this. So let me do this real quick. Let me share this on the Facebook group, which is what I usually do. And let's do this. So the group is called Digital Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs. So if you go to Facebook and you search for that phrase, Digital Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs, you should be able to see that. Should be able to apply to join, and or you can just go to hernanvazquez.com/facebook, and that should take you there. All right, so how are you guys? Good morning, everybody. All right, so let's get this going. I hope you guys are having an amazing day. Today is the 22nd of January. It's really, really hot here in Buenos Aires. I'm still down here, by the way. I'm gonna be in Funnel Hacking Live 2018, 2019 rather. Gonna be in Funny Hack Live 2019. I think that's February, you know, 20th something of February. So if you're over there, just hit me up. Maybe we can meet. It would be pretty awesome. All right, so with that being said, I want to tell you guys a little bit about what I found when it comes to Facebook ads. And you know, this is something that I see over and over. It's repeating itself. It doesn't really matter what kind of stuff you're selling. This applies to e-commerce, info products, services, brick-and-mortar businesses, whatever that is, it is really, really important that you have this right before you even start working on your Facebook ads. Okay, so I hope that makes sense. Now before I dive into the content, to the actual content of the video, I really recommend that you go grab a copy— excuse me— of my brand new book Perpetual Profits. You can get it at perpetualprofits.net. It will walk you through all of the mindset stuff that I'm talking about pretty much on these live streamings and how to actually implement that to make more money, to get more leads, get more sales online. It's pretty cool, and you can read it in one afternoon as well. So let's dive into this real quick. So here's the thing when it comes to Facebook ads is that a lot of people get kind of, you know, fixated on the Facebook ad side of things, right? It's sexy, it's a sexy platform, you know, it's exciting. Whoa, I have— I'm having some hurt Troubles, problems. And you know what's funny is that the camera, it's like mirrored, so I don't know what I'm doing with my hair. Sorry about that. Okay, so what I was saying is that— damn, this doesn't go, doesn't go away. All right, here it is. That's funny, right? Okay, I'll stop dicking around with that. So, um, so when it comes to Facebook ads, the reality is that it's a sexy platform, you know, there's a lot of hype out there, to be honest. Like, I talk about Facebook ads a lot because I get a lot of engagement with that content, and I understand it. Like, people think, and they're right, that they can make a lot of money by, um, properly using Facebook ads, and that's completely 100% correct. However, here's the thing. What most gurus or experts or people out there will not tell you is that there's a lot of unsexy work before you even launch an ad. So for example, I was talking to one of my coaching clients the other day, and he is doing Facebook ads for local businesses, right? He's doing Facebook ads for local businesses. And he came to me because he was talking to this beauty salon, I think it was, and he started telling me, well, you know, they have like 15 different services and they want to run ads for all of them. And, you know, they're in this local area, blah, blah, blah. And I told him, all right, so let me ask you this. What is the number one service that people use to come to the salon? And it was something like nail sculpting, something like that. And I told him, all right, focus on that and forget about everything else. Just focus on that 20% of the services that will bring 80% of the results, okay? And he did that. He, you know, the, the business owner was not happy because she wanted to promote the 15 different services that she offered. And the reality is that my, my student went to her and tell her, okay, let's try, let's give it a shot with this one service because it's the hot, you know, it's the hot product, it's the thing that people want to buy. And, uh, they did that and, you know, the results were really, really good because people will come through that product, that one service, they will come through that one service and they will go ahead and purchase the rest of stuff and they will become clients and whatnot. So they were kind of spearheading their advertising with this one product, or one service rather, that was really, really hot. Okay, so, but this was prior to launching 15 different campaigns. It would have been a, you know, a pain in the ass to manage. It would have taken my student a lot of, you know, a lot of effort and a lot of time. And maybe, you know, they would have had like 10% of the results. Because the reality is this, you can go away with a, you know, like you can go away by being kind of a newbie when it comes to Facebook ads, but you have a good offer, you had a good service or a good product that people really want to buy. When you have that, you can get away with, I would say, mediocre Facebook ads, like without knowing the entire platform, without knowing the entire thing. You can still make money. But it's really, really hard to make money the other way around. Meaning even if you're a ninja at Facebook ads, even if you watch all of my live streams, even if you go through all of my content and content from other people as well, you can become really proficient at Facebook ads. But if you have a really weak offer or mediocre offer, you will struggle. So that is kind of the unsexy part of Facebook ad. And this also applies to other sources of traffic as well. You need to find what, what people want to buy. So this also applies to e-commerce. I'm consulting with a couple of e-commerce companies, and some of them are struggling because, you know, they think that they need to redesign their website, or they think that they need to work on their Facebook ads. And the reality is that they haven't yet found that one product or that couple of products that could, you know, take their business to the next level. So that is like the first thing that you want to find. You want to focus on finding that good offer. You want to focus on finding that good angle, that good product that people want to buy. How do you do that? Now that's the question, right? How do you do that? Well, there's basically 2 things that you can do. Number one is to go out there and, you know, ask for help. Like, you can poll— you can put polls, sorry, on Facebook groups, for instance, or in discussion boards. They're still a thing. So you can go out there and collect all of this information and say, hey, can I ask you guys a question? You know, talk to the— talk to the admin or the moderator of the group. Don't be a dick trying to spam somebody else's group, you know, it's not cool. But just go out there and say, hey, can I ask these guys a question? And if they answer, I can give you the group members access to my group, to my product for free, right? So you're adding value off the bat and you're collecting information. So basically What you're doing there is to collect information. What kind of angle would people want to buy? What kind of product would people like to buy? Is it a— is it— I don't know, is it a workshop? Is it a live workshop? Is it a— I don't know, access to a members area, etc., etc.? So all of that, all of that information is really, really valuable. So that's number 1. And number 2, what I really like to do is just spend some money to collect information. Spend $500, right, or $1,000 if you have them, and Um, to actually go ahead and collect data from Facebook. You can collect data, send people to a survey funnel and say, hey, our product is not ready yet, thank you for your, you know, your patience, we'll let you know when it's ready, blah blah blah. So once you get— once you, you know, let's say you throw $500 to a funnel and see how it works, then you can go back and tweak it. But the reality is that good Facebook ads, even amazing Facebook ads will have a hard time fixing a bad offer, okay? And that is something that not a lot of people are talking about. They're talking about how you can tweak this and how you can do these testimonials and how you can do this trick and how you can do— the reality is that crafting a good offer takes time, but once you have it, once you have it, you will recognize it because a winner, you can recognize a winner from a mile, okay? From a mile away you can recognize a winner. Like, I've launched I don't know, hundreds of products over the past couple years, and there has been— most of them have failed, but the ones that have won, they have won big, and they have made up for all of those products that didn't win. All right, and now you can pretty much take them forever. And this also applies to services that you're selling. Like, just don't offer Facebook ads, offer something else that people will want to buy, or try to lure people in for your agency with something that's hot out there. Okay, but once you craft your offer, once you craft your angle and what you're providing, you will notice that you have a winner. You can tell a winner from a loser from a mile away. And you know, once you, once you get to advertise, you will know what I'm saying. And maybe you have already went through that. All right, so what's up, Latash? How are you, buddy? What's up, Booker? How are you guys? Thank you for joining. All right, guys, do you have an audio problem? Yeah, just go ahead and refresh. That might come up. I don't know, man. Sorry about that. Okay, so do you guys have any questions, any comments? What's up, guys? Thank you for joining. All right, so with that being said, I strongly recommend that you go ahead and get a copy of my new book, Perpetual Profits. It's $5.60. It's really inexpensive, but it's really, really valuable. And it will tell you how I craft my offers. It will tell you what kind of mindset I get in order to craft my offers, in order to advertise, and in order to keep on building up that value of a customer. Okay, it's called Perpetual Profits for a reason. It's pretty cool. You should get it. You should go to perpetualprofits.net and get a copy of that book. All right. Your chatbot has problems. Maybe, maybe, Latish, maybe we're trying to fix it, buddy. It's not a perfect science. I'm not a chatbox— chatbot, rather. I'm not a chatbot expert, but yeah. Okay, thank you, buddy. I'll work on that. I'll work on that today, actually. Yeah, that is something, you know, yesterday there's this new feature on ManyChat that you can go in and create ads from ManyChat itself. And you know, I decided to go ahead— it was like 9 PM or something yesterday— I said to go ahead and give it a go, and that's why it might have been broken. So sorry, buddy. Hey, what's up, Booker?
