In this video Hernan Vazquez explains how the 80/20 principle applies to online marketing and content creation. He argues that roughly 20% of a creator’s content, activities, or audience generate about 80% of the results. Using his own YouTube channel as a case study, he points out that a handful of videos—such as a Facebook Pixel tutorial and a ClickFunnels landing‑page guide—account for the majority of his traffic and views, even though some of them are low‑quality. He extends the principle to other platforms, noting that 20% of Instagram posts, YouTube videos, or Facebook group members typically drive most of the growth and engagement. Vazquez then shares his personal high‑impact 20% activities: running Facebook ads, hosting webinars, and building funnel campaigns. He urges viewers to review their own analytics, identify their own 20% of high‑yield actions, and comment with those insights. Finally, he invites the audience to join his free Facebook group for further discussion and “golden nuggets.”

Hey everybody, what's up? On this video, let's find out why you need to focus on the 20% of your content to get twice as many results. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here and welcome to another video. And sorry for the lack of content over the past couple of months, I would say. I've been traveling, I've been diving deep into the trenches, and which is a good thing, right? Because if I'm not uploading content, it means that I'm actually out there testing so that you guys can get the best out of this channel, which is the main point of this channel, as you may know, is to get you guys the latest techniques and trends on what's working right now in terms of marketing so that you can take your business to the next level, right? And you know, I wanted to talk a little bit about the 80/20 rule. Right now on this video, which I think I mentioned on a previous video, but I think it's a good refresher anyways. Because here's the thing, when it comes to marketing online and when it comes to pretty much anything that you do when you're trying to grow your business, the 20% of the stuff that you put online will bring you 80% of the results. So for example, on this channel I have like 2 videos or 3 videos that bring 80% of the channel traffic, okay? So So with that said, you need to be focusing, or I would need to be focusing, on developing more content around those topics so that you guys can keep coming back. And it's pretty interesting because I have some videos that have like 300 views or something that I might have been clicking 300 times on that video, you know, just to inflate the view count. But some of the videos on this channel have like 20,000, 30,000 views. I think there's one video that has 20,000 views. It's one of the worst videos ever that I probably made. I made it like a year ago or something when I was living on a completely different part of the country with a completely ghetto kind of setup. It was a lot of fun, but apparently it's really, really helpful and a lot of people is actually searching for that, which is, I'm gonna link a link, I'm gonna leave a link, sorry, somewhere so that you guys can find it out and click on it and whatnot. And it's a pretty cool video actually. It's the poorest quality ever. I am using a shitty mic and I'm using a shitty setup. Not to say that this is a better setup, but what I'm trying to say is that that video is really poor quality, but you guys seem to like it for some reason. Or that's number one. Or number two is that YouTube also ranks me for keywords like Facebook Pixel tutorial, which is that exact same video, right? So my point in here— and then I have another video which is how to set up a landing page on ClickFunnels. And I think, I personally think that there's better videos in this channel than those 2, but it doesn't really matter because those 2 are the most popular ones. And here's the thing, 20% of the videos that I create, 20% of the content that I make, 20% of the questions that I put out on my Facebook group, which you can join by clicking the link below, they bring 80% of the results, which is pretty damn cool. Now what you need to do is to go back through your analytics, whatever that is, Go back through your, you know, if you're growing an Instagram profile, 20% of those images will bring 80% of the results, 80% of the following, right? Now if you're doing, if you're trying to grow a YouTube channel, again, 20% of the videos will bring 80% of the subscribers. If you're trying to grow a Facebook group, 20% of the channels will bring 80% of the members. And not only that, 20% of the members will generate 80% of the content. Which is pretty cool. Now my question to you guys is, I want you to leave me on the comments below, what kind of activities are your 20%? What kind of activities are your 20% that brings 80% of the results? That means that you can work, you know, less than half of the day and get most of your work done. For example, my activities right now, my high-level 20% activities, are running Facebook ads, making webinars, and setting up, um, funnels campaigns. That's pretty much it. That's all I do, right? Running Facebook ads, checking the campaigns, setting up webinars to sell my stuff, and setting up funnels. That's all I do, right? Everything else I don't, because that's my 20%. What's your 20%? You need to think about this if you want to grow your business online. All right guys, so thank you once again for watching. I would love to know What is your 20%? Leave me a comment below.
