One person generates 30 ad creatives weekly in two hours by making simple text-on-image squares. Most ads flop, but recycling them into new ad sets means he only needs 5 to 10 fresh ones each week. No designers or editors required.

Nobody really talks about how to make this many ads without burning out. If you keep hearing that you need more creatives but you're only making 2 or 3 a week, here's the system. Every Monday, I spend about 2 hours coming up with new ad concepts. Nothing fancy either. Most of them are simple text-on-image ads. Square format, bold colors, text-heavy, no polished design, no video shoot, no editing marathon. And funny enough, those ugly ads often beat polished ones. Here's the key. Out of 30 creatives, only a few usually get most of the spend, but that doesn't mean the others are bad. A lot of times they just didn't get a real chance. So don't delete them, recycle them. Next week, test them again in a fresh ad set. That means you only need to create 5 to 10 new creatives each week. The rest come from what you already made. That's how you keep the pipeline full without a big team. I do this solo. No designers, no editors, just a simple system every Monday. Follow for more ways to make better ads faster.
