Wow, here we are. What's happening, you all? How are you guys doing today? Welcome. I'm testing a new camera. As you can see, I have a new setup, so I'm kind of getting used to it. So I apologize if this is not like super, super professional, but everything should be coming out all right. And I hope that everyone is doing really well today. Happy Sunday. I'm recording this Sunday, December 11th. And I got a new camera, and, uh, and that's pretty cool. And I got a new set of lights, so this is looking— this is looking better than it was. So that's pretty cool. And then, just a quick secret, I have this mic, but it's not plugged in yet because I'm waiting for a, for a sound card that's coming. I think it's coming tomorrow, I think. So I have— I'll have the whole setup ready by tomorrow. So if any— if, if any of you guys are like a Big audio and video fan, and you want to shoot me some tips on streaming, I would really really appreciate that. Right now I'm talking to the computer and talking to this camera. It's kind of weird. So what's happening everyone? Happy Friday? No, happy Sunday. I hope that everyone is doing really well today. I just wanted to jump in real quick to do a quite a quick live test of this new setup that I have going on to see how it looks. Number one, but also number two, I just wanted to address. a question that I got because since it's Sunday and, uh, and, and every Sunday I plan my week, right? I try to be as, um, how do I put it, as proactive as possible when it comes to planning. So I go ahead and I kind of, um, I go ahead and, and I dedicate time on Sundays for planning. And it's really important. I found that as an entrepreneur, business owners as a leader of a lot of people, it's really important that you kind of step out of the grind from time to time and dedicate time to think. It's really, really, really important. And sometimes, uh, we don't dedicate enough time to think because like, who— there's some things that you can do, uh, that your team can do, but there's some other things that only you can do, right? So one of the things that I'd like to do on Sundays is to think, and it happens, so happens that Today I went ahead and finished— well, actually last week I went ahead and finished one of these bad boys. Maybe you can see it right there. Yeah, this is a Best Self Journal. Okay, Best Self Journal is a journal that I've been using for years now, and my good friend Adam Moody recommended this to me, and I've been using this for a year, and it's a great journal, great planner. By the way, I'm not associated or affiliated to them, I just like them a lot. And, um, and, and every time I finish one of these, I saved it, but also I need to start a new one, right? And this week, uh, you know, I took kind of a break last week. I took kind of a break of, of, um, of planning and all that stuff, and I realized that I really miss it, right? Because I was kind of feeling, you know, lost without planning my days and all that. So every time a new, uh, a new planner comes in, I need to plan my 3 months in advance because this is a 3-month plan. It's actually 13 weeks. So I need to plan my next 13 weeks in advance. And I realized that I went into a rhythm that I really like, and not only I really like, but it helps me be really, really productive. So I wanted to quickly share with you guys what's my kind of methodology, if you would, to actually go ahead and make this a reality. Okay, so you don't need a planner. I just happen to like this a lot. Okay, and I've been using them forever, but you don't need this. What you do need is, number one, a vision, okay? You want to have goals. And at my company, we have weekly goal— sorry, we have monthly goals, we have quarterly goals, and we have yearly goals, right? And once a year, we laid out the yearly goals, right? This would be right about time where we do it. So once a year, we lay out yearly goals, and then we break down those yearly goals in quarterly goals, and then we break down those quarterly goals in monthly goals. Right? And that's exactly what I do when I'm planning out my next 3 months or my next 13 weeks. So I go ahead and I have monthly goals. So for instance, one of my goals right now is to get my digital marketing agency, scale-driven.com, to a point where it doesn't need me that much. So I want to decrease the amount of hours that I'm dedicating every single day to my agency. There's nothing wrong with that, but I want to, you know, focus on business growth and create content. That's why I'm kind of upgrading my setup and all that. So, um, so I went ahead and decided one of those goals, right? The other goal is that we want to start scaling some of our info product funnels that we have, one of them being the No BS Advertising Club. So if you want to join the No BS Advertising Club, there's a link under here. It's nobsadvertising.club, and you can join. There's a trial there if you want to test it out, okay? So the other thing I want to do is want to increase the, uh, the scale at which we are selling info products. So we want to scale our ads as well. And then I add a— so 2 growth goals. All right, so want to have the agency at X amount without my involvement. That will be goal number 1. Number 2, uh, we want to have, um, we want to have X amount of money spent on ads every single, every single month. And number 3, I also add a personal goal like getting back to X amount of weight or going to the gym X amount of times per week and all that good stuff. So once you have— once I have my monthly, uh, goals, uh, or my quarterly goals, I should say, my 3 weeks in advance goals, I go ahead and divide them by month, right? So every month I need to be moving forward and closer to those goals, and that gives me what I need to focus on this week And that gives me what I need to focus on tomorrow, Monday, for instance, right? So you need to be working backwards. You need to have your yearly goals, which get divided into quarterly goals, which get divided into monthly goals, into weekly goals, into daily goals. I just happen to use this plan because I like it a lot, but again, you don't need to do this. All you need to do is to set out your goals in a way that they guide you, right? They're your guiding stepping stone and your— they, they— your North Star, if you would. Because when you're doing things things that are not aligned to your goals, so they're not taking you closer to those goals, those are things that you want to consider when it comes to, um, when it comes to making progress. Okay, what you say yes to, what you should say no to, and whatnot. And this also, uh, if you're an entrepreneur, you have employees, which I do, this is also going to impact your team. So you want to make sure that when you're thinking about these goals, you want to make sure that you are impacting, uh, you know, everyone involved. Like, you are also thinking about your team. So I do plan my team, uh, next 3 months basically. Okay, so I hope that this, this is helpful. That's how I plan. Again, I use Best Self Journal. You don't have to get a journal, I just happen to like it. I think that you can download the PDF, but I just happen to like it, and there's something about writing things down on pen and paper that makes it super cool. Okay, I promise I'm gonna have best, better audio by tomorrow or Tuesday or something like that. And yeah, If you want to get the support that you need to make your advertising campaigns work better and your marketing work better and see what's working for us and for our clients and whatnot, go ahead and give the No BS Advertising Club a shot. It's pretty cool. nobsadvertising.club. There's a link under here that's going to link somewhere around here. And I hope that you enjoy the rest of your Sunday. Thank you everybody for watching. I'll talk to you guys soon.
