A client spent $3 million monthly on Facebook and Google ads for 18 months, running the same offer and generating up to 15,000 leads per month. The campaign only stalled when the marketer ran out of fresh creative angles, not because the offer itself failed. Most marketers kill working offers too early out of boredom instead of finding new ways to present them.

This is one of my favorite stories because it completely changed how I think about scaling an offer. During COVID I had a client spending $3 million a month on Facebook and Google, and we kept selling the same offer the whole time. Month after month, it just kept going. What really surprised me was how long it took before we felt real fatigue. It was about a year and a half. And even then, the problem wasn't that the market had gotten tired of the offer. We had just run out of new ways to keep getting that offer in front of fresh people inside the same market. At our peak, we were generating 15,000 leads today. And all the way through that, the core offer never changed. The promise stayed the same. The mechanism stayed the same. What changed was how we presented it. New ads, new hooks, new angles, new audiences. But underneath all of that, it was still the same offer that worked on day one. That's the part I never forgot, because most marketers walk away from good offers way too early, not because the offer stopped working, but because they got bored with it first. So if you have something that's working even at a small level, the answer usually is not to throw it out and build something new. Most of the time, the answer is simpler than that— you just need to put the same offer in front of more people in more ways for longer than you think.
