Hernan Vazquez says most marketers stop emailing after a welcome and one pitch, missing sales. Extend sequences over weeks by helping customers succeed first, then share proof and results, then pitch again. Stack webinars and flash sales so contact never stops.

Most email sequences end way too soon. A welcome email, a few value emails, maybe a pitch, and then nothing. Meanwhile, most of the people who didn't buy your next offer are still on your list, still opening emails, and still able to buy from you. You just stopped talking to them. What works much better is a longer follow-up. First, you help them use what they bought. Then you build trust with proof, results, and success stories. After that, you introduce the next offers in a way that feels natural. And when that sequence ends, you do not disappear. You stack the next one, maybe it's for a webinar, maybe it's for a bundle, maybe it's for a flash sale. That's how follow-up stretches from a few days into a few months, and that's where a lot of the revenue is. So if your sequence ends after day 7 or day 14, the problem usually isn't that people stopped buying, it's that you stopped showing up.
