The Secret Behind Passive Income: Work Less And Make More Money - Hernan Vazquez

In this video Hernan Vazquez explains how entrepreneurs can free themselves from day‑to‑day operations by creating repeatable systems. He argues that once a business reaches a certain size the owner becomes the bottleneck, so the solution is to document, break down, and delegate tasks. He outlines a three‑step framework: (1) perform a brain‑dump of every step of a task you want to outsource, preferably by recording a video of yourself doing it; (2) organize that dump into bite‑sized, ordered steps and import them into a task‑management tool such as Trello or Asana; (3) hire and train virtual assistants (VAs) to follow the documented process, iterating and improving it over time. He provides practical tips on how detailed the documentation should be, why Trello is VA‑friendly, and where to find affordable VAs. Throughout he emphasizes the mindset shift from being a “business operator” to a “business owner,” encouraging viewers to work less while the business continues to generate income. He also promotes his free Facebook group, subscription, and related video series for deeper guidance.

Hey everybody, what's up? On this video, let's find out how you can create systems so you can remove yourself from your business. Hey guys, what's up? Hernan Vazquez here. Welcome to another video, and on this video I want to show you real quick how you can be doing something like this. Right? I'm in the middle of nowhere. I traveled around 300 miles to be here and I'm still running my business. So I want to share with you some tips and tricks so you can do exactly the same. Remove yourself from the equation of your business so whether you're in or you're not in, your business is still producing. So let's see how to do that. In the meantime, if you really want to know more about how to produce more income for your business using online methods, how to get more leads, how to get more sales, You can hit that subscribe button, you can leave a comment, and you can join the free Facebook group, which is 100% free, and it will show you, and I'll share with you some of these strategies to get your business producing more income for you with you working less. Now with that said, it took me quite a bit to actually develop some systems. So you have to be number one in the mindset of actually developing systems to get your business moving forward. So what I mean with this is that when you're starting out a business, it's all fine and dandy. Starting out a business is not that hard. Getting it to produce could be a little bit harder, but the main point is that once you get to a certain stage, you become your own bottleneck. You become the bottleneck that doesn't allow your business to grow. So the main point to do that, or the main issue that you need to solve in that case, is to create systems and processes so that other people can actually help you grow in your business. So there's basically a 3-step process to actually get this going, okay? I'm really into steps, I'm really into processes, and you will find out how you can actually start putting out those systems that will allow you to remove yourself so you can be hanging out or, you know, walking out, you know, recording videos or whatever you want to do while your business is still making money for you. The problem with many entrepreneurs is that they have everything on their heads. Okay, so that's problem number 1 that you need to solve, how you get out of your head and put that into paper. So the first step to create any kind of process is to actually go ahead and write down every step of every task that you want to outsource. So let's say that you want to outsource client follow-up. So how do you do that? Well, real simple. If you have a process in your head to actually go ahead and contact and follow up with clients, what you want to do is to write down all of the steps as you do it. So the way I do this, for example, is if I want to outsource the Facebook advertising side of things or the Facebook ads optimization side of things, the way I do it is that I record myself on the screen by actually doing it. You can record a video with your phone, you can do whatever you want, or you can actually write down the step-by-step system that you are using to actually go ahead and get the task done. So that's step number 1. Dump everything out of your head into a piece of paper into a notepad, whatever you want to do, but the most important thing is that don't think about it, don't try to make it pretty at first, don't try to, you know, divide it in chunks. You just dump everything that's on your head the way you do stuff and the way you like it to be. Again, the best way to do this that I found out is to actually record a video of yourself doing the task, whether it is talking on the phone or actually optimizing ads, whatever that is. Step number 2, once you have that brain dump, in a piece of paper or on a notepad, the second step that you wanna do is to now go ahead and divide that process into bite-sized pieces. So you want to actually go ahead and do step number 1, step number 2, step number 3, step number 4. So for example, in my case, when I'm doing Facebook ads optimization, I would have these KPIs, right? I would know how much money I wanna pay per lead, how much money I wanna pay per click. So with that said, I would write all of that down and then I will actually record myself and then go through the recording dividing all of the tasks into bite-sized pieces. Now, the question that I get a lot on this step is how detailed my tasks would be or how big my tasks would be. So do I need to tell someone that he needs to actually point and click on the business manager to go in? That's up to you. Really, that's up to you. You can have like these mile-long processes where everything is specified and that will help you on step number 3 to get some kind of VAs or some kind of assistance, or you can be a little bit more generic in some cases and have less steps, but you will need to train people differently. We're going to dive into that in a minute. So step number 2, as I mentioned, once you have this brain dump, go ahead and put everything in order. So step number 1, step number 2, step number 3. And now that you have your brain dump, you know, you have it organized in little steps, you can actually import that into a tool like Trello or Asana or something like that. I really like Trello because you can move boards, you can do a bunch of different things, and then it's super VA-friendly because most of your VAs will know how to work with Trello. And if they do not know how to work with it, you can train them super easily. They have a lot of tutorials and And it's free to use. Which takes me to step number 3. Step number 3 in this case will be to actually go out there and get a VA to do this stuff for you. You will need to walk him or her through the entire process a couple of times, then revise the results, and that's pretty much all there is to it. So you have your first process. Now, if you're not sure about how to train VAs to get this done for you, I'm going to leave a couple of links in the description below, which is my step-by-step process on how to actually go out there and find VAs and hire VAs that are superstars and rock stars for pennies on the dollar. This is a really, really powerful video series. There are 3 videos that you can check them out. There's going to be a link in the description below. But once you have that VA, you want to walk him or her through the entire process and then control the results. And once you have those steps in that video, tell me what you feel it could be improved because you actually want VAs to improve upon your process. At the end of the day, they are doing it, so you want to actually go ahead and tell them to help you improve that process as well. So in the middle of the forest, I have just told you how you can actually remove yourself from the equation. I'm getting a lot of heat from the birds out here. I don't know if you can hear them, but that's the beauty of having processes. You can go out there. You know, walk down the forest, record a video and whatnot, and have a lot of people or have a decent amount of people working so that your business moves forward. Tony Robbins always says, if you cannot take out a couple of weeks out of your business, you're not a business owner, you're a business operator. So this process that I just laid out will help you go from business operator to business owner so you can go out there and do your stuff that you love, which is at the end of the day It's the stuff that we are signing up when we're doing digital marketing.
