We Spent $1300 And Created A List Of Over 22,000 Qualified Leads...

Hernan Vazquez's team spent $1,300 on Facebook and Instagram ads to generate 22,000 qualified leads. They used video-view lookalike audiences and targeted users of tools like ActiveCampaign and HubSpot, achieving a cost per lead as low as 5-8 cents. The strategy relies on long-form video content that pre-qualifies prospects before retargeting them with conversion campaigns.
People come to your funnel already knowing who you are, what you're about, because they've consumed a video from your brand, which is super powerful. Okay, helpful video. You already helped them before they even land on your funnel. We do have call to actions on this video, so we do get clicks and leads from these videos. But the main point is not to get leads and clicks. You might and you will get clicks and leads, but then you will run a conversion campaign targeting everyone that consumed your video. In fact, that's exactly what we're doing.

Marketing Atlas.
With your host, Hernan Vazquez.
What's going on, everybody? Let's talk about how we spend $1,300 and some change and got a 22,000 qualified list in one of our social media profiles, which is pretty cool. So that's what I want to talk to you guys about today. It's going to be awesome. I'm going to share with you— I'm going to pop under the hood. I'm going to share with you the campaigns that we built and why is this important. Now before I do that, let me invite you to visit scaledriven.com. That's my company, my business, and what we do at scaledriven.com is we help other businesses scale By providing them with a full marketing team. So right now, if you're wondering, hey, should I go out there and hire a full marketing team and hire 15 different people and build a team, or should I hire 5 different vendors, one to manage my ads, one to manage my emails, one to manage my funnels, blah blah blah blah, or I can do it all with these guys and talk to one person and get everything solved. If you're asking yourself this question right now, go to scaletraven.com. And read that letter that we have there. It's a little message, super simple. If this resonates with you, go to scheduleman.com, schedule a call with us and our team. Now here's what we did, all right, to spend $1,300 and build a 22,000 list. I'm going to share with you the numbers, the campaigns, everything, all right? It's pretty cool. Now if you do the math, that comes out to be around 5 cents per person in that list. Which is pretty wild, okay? Provided that if you're targeting, I don't know, entrepreneurs or stay-at-home moms or pet dog pet lovers, whatever it is that you're targeting, you will be paying more than 5 cents per lead, all right? There's a high chance that you will be paying more than 5 cents per lead. And by the way, these are qualified people that are consuming our content that are in top-tier countries, all right? This is not like people from other countries or people that are not interested. These are not low-quality leads. These are people that are interested in what we have to say, and they're proof about it. All right, I'm gonna share with you guys just that. And if this sounds interesting, if you want us to build something for you like this, go to scaledriven.com. Let me tell you that during December— November and December are usually the worst times to launch new ads. Why? Because CPMs, cost per 1,000 impressions, cost to advertise on Facebook, they're super high. All right, so we launched this on December 13th, and now we're January 11th, so a little less of a month, a little under a month running this campaign. And here's how much money we spent. We spent $1,300, almost $1,400, okay? $1,393. If I update this, it's probably a little bit higher, $1,394. All right, and what we're doing, as you can see, and this is why it's really important to have your naming conventions on point, we're targeting people that like digital marketing, we're targeting people that like advertising. We were able to create a 25% video views lookalike audience We're targeting Facebook payment users. These are people that are using the Facebook payment platform, so usually advertisers. We're targeting people that like some tools like ActiveCampaign and HubSpot and Trello and these tools, right? That are usually people that are into marketing for the most part, or advertising, or business owners, right? Because they're using these tools, Salesforce, HubSpot. Let's see what else we have here. And then we have some names. I think we're still targeting Grant Cardone. But the main point is that we're targeting— these are relevant audiences for ourselves, okay? And we have these videos running, and I'm happy to share with you the videos. Just send me a DM, send me a message, comment below, and I'll send you links to this video so that you can see the video and what we're saying on the video. That's part of the magic of this thing, is what you say in the content of the videos. The videos are really, really helpful, by the way. So we're running these post-engagement campaigns. The reason why we're running this post engagement is because we usually tend to have better consumption when it comes to post engagement versus video views campaigns. Okay, so post engagements is the objective behind this campaign. All right, and I just launched some campaigns for IG only, by the way. We're running these on the Facebook feeds and the Instagram feed, so these are not like random websites. Okay, these are Facebook feeds and Instagram feeds. But the main point here is this, the main point here is that We spent $1,300, and if I go to the audiences, we created audiences based on video consumption, which is also part of the magic of these. So as you can see, for everyone that watched 25% of these videos— now let me tell you that these are not short videos, these are usually 5-minute videos, all right? So these are long videos, these are not just 30-second videos. So these are people that are consuming 25% of 5 minutes, which is what, 2 and a half minutes? So 1 minute and a half of our videos, of a 5-minute video, okay? And 1-minute consumption, 1 and a half minute consumption on Facebook, it's a big deal. The main thing is that for 95% video viewers, meaning people that consume the entire video, we have 19,000 people, between 16,000 and 19,000 people. So if we do the math, we spend like, what, $1,400? Let's be super generous. $1,400 divided by 16, that is 0.08 cents of a dollar. So 8 cents of a dollar per quote-unquote lead or per person in this list. These are unique users, okay? These are unique users that are within our target demographic. Now why is this important? Why should you care? Because number one, these campaigns are super inexpensive. As you can see, we're— I think we're running them at $1 a day. And the ones that are super high quality or super, you know, they're giving us a lot of, uh, loving, we bumped up, up to $1.50 a day. So I don't know if we're gonna take it, you know, if we can handle this. We probably go broke. But as you can see, we're running these all at $1 a day, okay? $1.50 at most, maybe $2 if they are working really, really well, okay? So maybe $2. So, and then if I go in here, so let's see this one, one metric, that's one of the videos we're targeting digital marketing folks. And if I go to the video engagement side of things and then I go to the whole consumption, so video plays at 100%, this got 984 video plays at 100% and we spent $55. So if I do the math again, $55 divided How many? 984. That is 0.05%, 5 cents to get somebody to consume a full 5-minute video on Facebook and Instagram. The benefits of something like this are huge. Some of them, I'm just gonna name some of them, is number one, these are inexpensive campaigns to run. You can run them with anywhere between 10 to 15% of your overall budget. Number one. Number two, people come to your funnel already knowing who you are, what you're about, because they've consumed a video from your brand, which is super powerful. For everyone that consumes our video, what we do, we show them additional content. We show them longer form content. This livestream, there's a high chance that we'll show them as an ad, number one. Number two, we show them longer form content like webinars. We send them to our blog posts. So you, you're always top of mind, okay? We just relaunched the Marketing Atlas podcast, so we're going to show them podcast episodes. So you're always top of mind when it comes to this content, which is super, super powerful. All right, and then once you have an offer, then you can show them an offer. This is something that we deploy for all of our clients at scaledriven.com. It's one of our secret techniques, one of our secret sauce, if you would. Besides, you know, helping them with copywriting, sales funnels, email marketing automations, and all that good stuff, we can also take care of your ads alone if you already have a team in place. All you have to do is to visit scaledriven.com. Tell us a little bit about your business. We'll be more than happy to hop on a call. But the main point is that we develop something like this for our clients, and this is something that you always want to have running in the background. That's why the budget is so low, okay? Because the reality is that you always want to have this running in the background, always accruing new people, always collecting new people, always showing them new content and whatnot. This is exactly what the big dogs are doing, and this is a technique that I learned from Frank Kern, one of my good friends and mentor, and also Curt Malley's BELT method. There's a little bit of that in here as well, and it works wonders, and it's really inexpensive to run. All you need to do is to record really, really helpful videos, show them through a post-engagement campaign to your ideal demographic, number one. Number 2, create audiences based on video consumption, and then for those people, you will show them, A, more content That is helpful, really helpful. Number 2, you'll show them offers. So you can send them to a PDF, you can send them to a webinar, you can send them to an application funnel, what have you. All right, so I hope that this is helpful. If you have any questions and if you want me to share the videos with you, I can do that. Just drop a comment somewhere around here, DM me, you know, wherever you're seeing this, just let me know. I'll share the video links with you so that you can take a look at them, maybe replicate them for your own business. I'm not doing this right here, not to be obnoxious or anything. I just want to, you know, send it over to you privately if that's something that you want to see. I'm happy to do that. And I hope that this is helpful. If you want my team to develop something similar to you— for you and help you scale your business in 2022, go to scaledriven.com. Again, there's a message there, and if the message resonates with you, schedule some time to work with us. Now again, We don't use high-pressure tactics in our sales calls. You know, the way we do this is we hop on a call with you, we'll ask you a couple questions, we'll tell you how we work, and if there's a good fit, we'll send you a proposal and that's it. If, if it's not a good fit, we're not going to push you into making a decision because that's not how we work. That's why we're putting together this machine right here, okay? Because we want to be super cool and add a lot of value before people jump on a call with us. That's exactly what we're doing. And I hope that you see this live as we're doing this. It's kind of meta, actually, so it's super exciting. So if you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments below. Hope that this helps, and I hope to see you guys on the next video. Thank you guys for watching this. See you guys really, really soon. Bye-bye.
