So what you want to do is you want to test the offer and you want to test it first and then you figure it out later, right? Then you actually start building the thing that you offer. That's why I love pre-launches. That's why I love beta launches because once you test and validate your offer in your marketplace, then you turn around and with money in your pocket, then you start building, which I think it's the best way to do it.
