Oi, you guys, and welcome to the Longevity Vet. I'm glad you're here. Today we're going to chat about rapamycin for your cats, everything you want to know in 1 minute or less. I'm Dr. Kevin Toman Toman. I'm a pet longevity specialist, so let's get to work. First off, rapamycin is the only drug which has been proven to slow or sometimes even stop the progression of fatal hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in our cats. Secondly, rapamycin has been proven to benefit chronic kidney disease in other species, including man, and is currently being studied in our kitties. Stay tuned. Third, Rapamycin reduces cancer incidence, in particular skin cancer, breast cancer, and melanoma. Fourth, Rapamycin also reduces periodontal disease and the tremendously painful oral disease called stomatitis. And finally, Rapamycin also reduces arthritic inflammation. But here's the best part: it's safe and it plays well with the other drugs you and I would commonly use for our cats. I'm Dr. Kevin Toman, I run helpingpetslivelonger.com, and let's get to work.
