The speaker identifies water as the first and primary element, equating it with sexual energy, life force, and the will to live. Water connects us to Earth as an inner beast, flowing through urogenital channels that nourish the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas. Trees rooted in earth draw from this same water, illustrating how elements and organs interconnect.
