Okay, are you ready to ask and answer some really fun questions?
I think so. I think I have to.
I have not prepared him for these. Are you ready for the first one?
Let's do it.
If we had to go on a reality TV show together, which one would we actually win? Ready? On the count of 3. 1, 2, 3. Amazing Race. Amazing Race. Question number 2, what's my life theme song right now?
Eminem's Lose Yourself.
Because I'm pretty intense right now.
You only get one shot.
3, what dream date would you plan for me?
So I've actually tried to do some of this before. I've wanted to do actual real-life bachelor dates for you, like the show The Bachelor.
How?
The problem is like when you look up air balloon flights and stuff like that, you have to get up at 4 o'clock in the morning, and the last thing you'd want to do on a date is get up at 4 o'clock in the morning. Agreed. And the last thing you want to go do is a winery tour, so it's actually quite hard to do a traditional bachelor date for you. For you. So we, I think, actually just had this, which is we stayed at our house for 24 hours with no children, and that was the actual dream date.
4. If we switched bodies for a day, what's the first thing you'd do?
I would try brushing my hair. Like, I mean, now that I brush my daughters' hairs on a regular basis and yours is like twice as long as theirs—
3 times.
3 times as long. That could be interesting. Like, how difficult is that to do on a regular basis? Fabulous.
It's hard is the answer. Fabulous answer. 5. Rate my driving.
Definitely no comment. There's a reason that we bought full self-driving and it is on 97% of the time.
I give myself a 2. Do you agree with that?
No, you're a pretty good driver. Thanks.
Now rate my dancing. No mercy.
8. Oh my God. No breakdancer, but you're a good dancer.
6, what am I weirdly competitive about?
Everything. Absolutely everything. There's just no one answer to that. It's true.
I want to win. I like winning. 7, if I ever got arrested, what would it most likely be for?
Um, it's funny, you're a rule follower for sure, but there's also times where you're just like, that's a stupid rule and I don't want to follow that rule. And so it would be one of those rules that you decided just didn't apply to you for today for some reason. You would talk your way out of it even if you were about to get arrested. True. Oh, that's a compliment.
Next, what's my go-to move when I want something but won't just ask for it?
You ask enough questions to make it think that it's my idea or the other person's idea.
Next, what phrase do I say so often you could set a clock by it?
What's the lesson here? Vanessa's always right.
Yeah, that's true. I love saying that. Pretty much you'd be saying it a lot. It's my favorite thing. Next, what's the fastest way to make me happy and what's the pettiest thing that ruins my day?
Foot massage, probably. So much. Or head massage.
Ah.
The pettiest thing that ruins your mood is when you're wrong. But I'm not wrong. Well, then there you go. There lies the problem. There you have it.
You should play these with your partner, and you might have a great conversation like this one. Thanks, babe.
