People ask me what I do as a communication coach, and so today I thought I would take you on a little day in the life of me going out to a speaking event for 8 hours and then flying back in Vegas. This is what I want you to do too. I want to teach you how you can be a communication coach, how you can go on stages and help people and serve, and maybe, just maybe, make people laugh. First, my day started with a hike, a sauna, and a red light. Yep, it's crazy. Then making the kids breakfast and getting them ready for school. This is a stage prop. It's a present for the audience. This almost didn't fit on the plane. They literally would not let me carry it on my lap, but I'm so happy it's here. I got it! I'm just joking, I would never do that to you. I can answer these questions. I like to think of warmth and confidence like a thermostat. We are comfortable somewhere between 60 and 72 degrees.
