In this promotional YouTube segment, Vanessa Van Edwards explains that she no longer offers one‑on‑one coaching and has shifted to a group "train‑the‑trainer" model for certified communication coaches. She describes the program’s dual focus: first, deepening coaches’ own communication, body‑language, and presence skills; second, teaching them how to effectively deliver that material to others—whether within a company, as entrepreneurs, or to their own clients. The cohort is her second, lasting eight weeks with live group calls, homework, a mid‑term and final assessment, and personalized video feedback. Admission is selective, requiring applicants to submit a video; Vanessa responds with a video if they are accepted, allowing her to gauge goals and fit. She invites interested individuals to learn more via a link provided.

One of the most common questions I get is, "How can I meet you?" Which is like the kindest thing. I wanna meet you too. And the other question I get is, "Do you do one-on-one coaching or consulting? Can I work with you?" I don't do one-on-one coaching anymore. The only coaching I do is group coaching with my certified coaches. This is like my favorite. This is like what fills my soul is teaching how to teach. You know, I've been teaching for 20 years how to level up communication, how to have amazing conversation, body language, But teaching how to teach, that train the trainer kind of thinking, is the coaching that is really getting my heart singing now. And so in this program, the kind of coaching I do is first coaching on the material. So leveling up your communication, your body language, your presence. But then second, how do you teach that material to others inside your company, as an entrepreneur, with your coaches, with, with your students, you as a coach, your coaching clients. And then I work with you on being the most impactful, leader that you can be. How do we serve others better? How do we help others better? Is my favorite kind of coaching. Um, for this cohort, this is my second cohort of my certified coaches, um, I'm going to be doing 8 weeks of live coaching, so 8 group coaching calls, as well as I, you know, check your homework. There's a midterm, there's a midterm and a final, and also I give video feedback as well. It's an application process because I really want to make sure it's the right fit. This is a very unique program. So I ask you to send a video, and then I send a video back to you if you're accepted. And that way I kind of get to know you, I get to know your goals, and I get to help you, um, build this, this practice however you're working on it to help other people. I would love to meet you, and I would love to coach you. If you are interested in being a communication coach, check out all the information at the link below.
