Okay, if you feel like your career needs a little shake-up, listen to this. I want to introduce you to Em. Em is one of our People Coach students. She is high up in a technology company, has been in lots of roles across the organization. She realized early on in her career that soft skills were the difference maker, that if she knew how to connect with people no matter what role she was in, it was more important than even the tech that she was working on. She learned soft skills, found us, totally transformed how she communicated, and then she decided, wait a minute, Maybe, just maybe, I could teach this to people in my organization. She decided to be an internal communication coach, which means she gets to help people inside her company with lunch and learns, as a manager, in her performance reviews. She's become an influencer inside her company. It's changed her role, but more importantly, it's changed her mission and her meaning. Every single organization needs soft skills training. I developed a science-based soft skills curriculum that anyone can teach. It's why I created People Coach Program. I can't go into her organization. I don't know her culture and her lingo and her people, but she does. Changed her role, it's changed her meaning, it's also changed her company because she's bringing this curriculum into the work.
